When I came out prepared to purchase 3 of the 4 items I tried on she hovered, but still offered no assistance. I left all 4 items. So disappointed in Loft. It shouldn't matter that I'm dressed casually but it sure did at this location. Sadly I will not be going back to Loft. Cute clothing but not worth being treated like a shoplifter. Do better Loft.

I guess flowers are just more expensive than I thought !? They also missed some of the more prominent colors of our wedding. The arrangement came off muted, not colorful like out wedding. I felt so bad when this showed up for my wife.
