I had a custom 3-inch turbo-back exhaust made and installed on my '98 Mitsubishi Eclipse and could not be happier with it. It sounds great, the workmanship was excellent and the guys at MRT were nothing short of ecstatic to have me as a customer. I have had regular contact with them discussing future plans for my car and future work and they are nothing but optimistic that they can tackle any job I have for them. 4/11/2014 Purchased Rear Window Louvers. 6/14/2014 MRT installs my rear window louvers at the Shelby Meet. Louvers rattle right away. What follows is over 2 years of frustration with MRT customer service. I have had the exact same discussion with three different people at MRT. I even scheduled a time with MRT's Josh Barth to meet at the 2015 Shelby Meet (at Hallet, Oklahoma) to have the louvers repaired or replaced, but NOBODY SHOWED UP to meet me there. I drove 3 hours from home to Hallett and back, and waited about 3 hours at Hallett for someone to show up (only to discover Josh was in Tulsa that day, and he asked me to drive another 3 hours to Tulsa on Sunday, after already investing 6 hours at Hallett on Saturday!) -- very frustrating, indeed. Josh confirmed THREE TIMES he would meet me at Hallett on Saturday at the 2015 Shelby Meet to repair or replace my louvers -- and then didn't show up. MRT asked me to drive 3 hours to Tulsa on Sunday because nobody showed up at Hallett on Saturday! Documentation, documentation, documentation... 1/11/2016 MRT sends me instructions to remove the louvers from my car and test all the hinges, joints, and prop rods. The instructions document is 791 words long -- clearly pushing the problem back on the customer. 1/11/2016 I (again) voice my frustration, and we agree to meet at Hallett 2016 for MRT to troubleshoot the rear window louvers. 6/16/2016 I contact MRT to ask when MRT will be meeting me at the Shelby Meet this weekend... 6/16/2016 MRT says, "We will not be attending the 2016 Shelby Meet in Tulsa Ok. this year." They ask me to check the prop rods and ask for photos. (MRT STANDS ME UP A SECOND TIME!!! UNREAL!!!) 6/16/2016 I tell MRT to read the entire e-mail thread for all the information. MRT does not respond. 6/29/2016 I ask what MRT is going to do to resolve this issue. MRT does not respond. MRT has low quality products, and MRT does not have any customer service after the sale. MRT very much deserves a poor rating of ONE STAR. (My son recently bought a Mustang -- so now we have two Mustangs in the garage -- my son wanted louvers like the ones on my car, and I told him NOT to purchase them from MRT!) read more

I have extensive experience with MRT as I run an AC Cobra race car and they do a lot of work for me. Scott is extremely knowledgeable and fair. Always gives good advice, even if he makes less money from it. His staff is also excellent, they have been a pleasure to work with. read more

i would not do bussiness with thease people i droped off six dash pieses for my sons 93 probe i was qwo 210 dollars to prep and paint all six pieses i had already tryed to pain 1 pies it didnt come out like i wanted so we inspected pieses and was all good 2 weeks lator they called and said stuff is ready i got ther one of the trim pieses was broke in hald and one was still painted the same as when i painted it i spoke to josh and i explained you broke this piese and look at this one you didnt even paint it he said let me get the owner he was imedaitly on the offerce bottum line he told me to get the fuck outa his bussiness so i paid the 210 for him braking a piese and paintinf only four pieses do not i repaet do not do bussiness with this sub par bussiness read more
