They did and excellent job, after about a week or two i notice on my hood where the plastic scoop and the metal hood meet there was a 1 inch paint imperfection. I called Jeff and he had me bring it up there and inspected it and took full responsibility for the imperfection and offered to repaint the hood for free! When I got there, I just couldn't believe my eyes! There was wax still caked in my rims, wasn't buffed out well at all,...My T-tops were off so I could see the trim well when I tried to put them on, I could not get them in..They tried forcefully to put them in and couldn't get it..My door handle was broke because it's hard to close the doors now etc..I went off!! It looked worse then before I brought it in!! Told em to fix everything and I will be back..Upon my return,they fixed the handle,got all the wax off, somehow got the T-tops in and ironically screwed me out of more money saying they found an electrical problem which I never asked them to look at..They said to leave the T-tops on so the molding can form,which makes sense..Well last month, after well over a year I finally took them off and guess what??!! They STILL won't go in!!! .. As a very unhappy customer,I was gonna write this letter sooner,but just chalked it up as a bad experience and let it go. But as I was trying hard to get my tops on(which they're still off),I just got mad all over again!!!!! So here's my letter!.. Be forewarned- not only does the young girl who answers the phone here sound like she's from a very…read moreurban environment (you may not understand her slang) but she's not competent AT all when it comes to the services being offered at this shop. This shop is okay if you absolutely need some customization at the last minute or are on a tight deadline and don't really care about the quality of the work done here (b/c it's NOT top notch), or if you bringing your daily driver here (just don't EVERE bring your weekend car or ANY car that costs upwards of $50k-$200k or more!!!!!). For starters- while they have no problem providing you with quotes, they do NOT invoice their work- so when it's all said and done, you will pay and simply get a receipt (absolutely NO itemized listing of what was done). I believe that they do this to HIDE additional charges and the quotes you receive over the phone are often not accurate. They have no SHAME in making sure that you prompted with the TIP option on their little credit card device (last time I made sure to choose NO TOP while smiling at the clueless young receptionist!) So in summary, if you HATE being ripped off or paying an additional $100 to$1000 more (as I once did on my Telsa) then don't bring your car here, as transparency/organization/clear communication is NOT a priority at this shop. Also, we have gotten work done at literally over a hundred shops across the US on our 14 cars (ranging in MSRP from $76K to $278K MSRP) and this is the only shop where the owner tolerates the installers/employees blasting loud music and yelling like animals for extended periods at a time (while he's sitting in the office making calls)- I literally felt like I was in a zoo- NEVER AGAIN!

While within the warranty period, 2 of 5 windows started bubbling really bad so I dug up the warranty receipt to claim a warranty repair. I brought the car back and pointed out the windows with bubbles, but also the ones that still had an outstanding tint. Guy started giving me the run around. Something about their billing system being new and they can't find me. He told me I needed more proof on top of the warranty receipt, oh and by the way it would cost extra to remove the bubbling tint, a lot extra...I kindly left and didn't go back.

They broke trim pieces while they did it. I complained, and are sending me in circles without any attempt of fixing this. They are not picking up my calls anymore and I am GHOSTED. They will not give you a receipt until you annoy the hell out of them. THERE IS NO PHYSICAL ADDRESS or office, the guy on the phone will only give you email addresses into nirvana. (If you google any of their addresses their is NO SHOP, they are all random addresses) IT IS ALL JUST A BIG SCAM, at least their customer service. Just go somewhere else and save yourself the headache. Long Story, If you have the time.... I have gotten mine and my Girlfriends windshield replaced due to rock chips. On my car they have decided not to show up to the original appointment after calling them, they told me that my appointment was moved without notifying me. (I stayed home from work that day). They then cam later and did my car and it was OK. The real horror story was my Girlfriends Car. It was cold and snowing that day so they asked if they could use my heated Garage to do the shop. (I did) Car was done and I was letting the glue cure in the heated garage for a couple of days. After a couple of weeks my girlfriend realized a foul smell in the car. We realized that both passenger as well as driver side floor and padding was soaked in gross water. We realized that the windshield was leaking. Called Skyview, they asked for an email, so we wrote an email. Since 3 weeks I am calling multiple times a week trying to schedule the windshield replacement. Since then I have not received 1 call back or an email or any attempt to reach out to me to fix it. I hear different excuses every time I call, "waiting for a new window", "window got broken we are waiting for a new one", "there are only Junior Techs available no senior", so on and so on.... Furthermore, did they break plastic trim pieces around the car that are now flopping in the wind on the interstate. (They didn't even care to glue it down or anything) Another thing that is strange, I paid cash both times and both times because it was cheaper than card and they do NOT give you a receipt. For my Car it took only a day or 2 to get it after i called but for my Girlfriends it took 2 weeks! Every time i called them I asked for a receipts. what the internet has told me trying to figure out how to contact them: CEO Amir Jerbi, and the guy on the phone John Robert. (But i think they just got so many complains that Amir names himself John now.) All addresses are wrong, the only thing I found are from Tax records - 336 W 1ST ST STE 113, FLINT, MI 48502. Even their Indiana numbers connect to Michigan, so I think it is just 1 or 2 guys running this, and having a couple of cars running around. (maybe they are even external contractors doing the work.....) Sumup: I am deeply regretting my decision to go with this company. We have a car now that we can't drive in the rain and has to live in the garage. We have put hours of cleaning her car in and trying to get rid of that awful smell. Hoping that this negative review will motivate them to fix the windshield or refund me my money otherwise I will take them to a small claims court to get my money back.
