I recently purchased a home and had to leave for a month. When I returned , I walked in and my…read morehouse was flooded. Sitting water and mold everywhere! The house smelled AWFUL! I eventually made it back to the master bedroom, searching for the awful smell and BAM, there it was! The entire room had standing water. I opened up the doors to the other rooms and discovered all three rooms, two bathrooms and living room have been affected by the standing water. I was very stressed, needless to say. I reached out to a plumber (review to come soon) and he put be in touch with this business. I am so glad! They came out immediately and assured me they would help me throughout the process. I do not think I could have been sent better people!! Seriously, Garrison and Mike have been super helpful! Garrison has been communicating very well as far as what they are doing, what to expect and their plans for the following day. He's been very empathetic and caring throughout this. I have a LOT of belongings and the majority have been destroyed. The worst part is, I was in the midst of unpacking before I left a month ago because I recently purchased this home. I have boxes of clothes, shoes, accessories, purses and so much more that are now trash. Mold on so many things. Due to the bed sitting in water, the legs have cracked, clothes on hangers in the closet smell like mold. It's a disaster. I was upset at the beginning because this is not what one wants to walk into. My plan was to unpack boxes, not pack up what I can salvage. Needless to say, IF you find yourself in need of a restoration company (which I hope you don't), you can't go wrong with Garrison and Mike. If I could give more than five stars, I most definitely would. They will not disappoint you! I must say, if Garrison were not there, I'd probably be more stressed about this than I am. THANK YOU Garrison!

They were replacing some cabinet boxes in my kitchen. Turns out that they hadn't even started building the box when they called to reschedule since on Fridaty cabinet guy called me directly to see if he could stop by to match the wood. On the following Monday I fired them (why work with dishonest contractors). I told them if they had the box built bring it by on Wednesday which they did. The entire job was suppose to cost $3600. I had to email them three times to get a refund. They emailed me a week later to say that the box cost $3100 and there would be a $75 change fee!! The box cost no more than $500 to make!!!!!! No response when I complained about the service price and refund. Crooks!!!!!

She left the job to handle a family emergency. Understandable so we hired someone else at a significantly higher cost bc Katie never came back to finish the job as she had agreed to do. Then she messages me asking for payment for the little work she did before she had to leave. I explained that I'm actually paying more for someone else to complete the job you abandoned at got a not so nice message from her. If the work is done she is great and fantastic but as far dependability it's a one star from me but she gets two stars for the little work that was completed bc it was good.

Everything looked great! The refrigerator was usable again as were the bathrooms! I highly recommend Cochran Cleaning, reliable, honest, and awesome!

I called them and asked why this happened if they use high extraction, to which they replied 'no, we use steam cleaning', and told me there would be a $45 charge to take a look , since it was 'so long ago'. i would not use again, 'high extraction' claims stains and damage to underlying padding do not resurface. They should at least stop by to see what was going on. The manager avoided my calls and just relayed a message about a second charge , if he came out to my centrally located condo, again.

However, he never gave me an estimate even until today. I was told he is out on field whenever I called the office, which is more than four times. He never returned my call although I left message through Alex or Brittney. Also, I was told his manager Dan would call me but it never happened. I am not sure why they intentionally gave false statements whenever I called them. Moreover, I am not sure why they came to house and promised to give me an estimate in the first place. The Best Restoration doesn't keep its promises at all.
