They have a good selection of stock, with what I consider to be the best range of 'high end' and designer frames in Swindon, and are always very accommodating and patient with my questions and requests! I always feel like I'm being given the best advice for me as an individual, rather than being fobbed off or encouraged to spend money unnecessarily. I 'd definitely recommend this indepedent opticians over any of the bigger chains.

I've had only one bad experience there and that was when I had a problem with my contacts. I saw the optician and I had a problem with one of my eyes, I told him I got hayfever and he said the infection was down to tablets I was taking for my hayfever. Even though this was not the case as I hadn't started them yet and he wouldn't examine me any further. The lady I saw after that was very friendly and actually listened to what I had to say and changed my contacts for me!
