The stickers saying what network they're locked to were wrong on two of the phones I bought they need to check their phones more thoroughly. got my son a Samsung phone from here and Christmas morning we find out the touch screen isn't working properly what a disappointment. won't be buying phones from here anymore till they actually give them a proper check before selling them. The upside to this place is the staff are extremely nice and friendly. They work really hard to fix the issues so the customer service is amazing.

Good place to shop for games as well and if you sell to them for store credit, you get a good uplift on the price as compared with what you get for cash. I've bought a couple of pairs of shoes in here in recent months and was really pleased with the…read moreservice I recieved. I thought that the shop was very well laid out. Shoes are at the front of the shop and are split into women and mens' shoes. I can't say much about the section for men but the womens' section was really well labelled. It was clear which shoes were by which designer without having to look in the shoe. Prices were clearly labelled on all items. They also had a section with bags and accessories where again everything was well labelled. I found the staff to be polite for the most part but at one point they were too busy chatting to notice that I was waiting for one of them to serve me. I had to take one pair of shoes back for a refund because they were faulty and the staff were both polite and helpful and able to offer me advice about what shoes might be a good replacement.

As someone who has worked in retail, I know how rare it is to have a truly great interaction not only with the employee but as a customer as well. Ed was a breath of fresh air! We had such a nice chat, and I'm especially grateful for his insight on how to enjoy a relaxing bath--such a thoughtful touch. His kindness really stood out, and I just wanted to leave some kudos for a job well done!

Lush There's nothing I like less than a 'hard-sell' when I'm…read moreout shopping. 'Would you like a spray of our new perfume?' No, thanks. 'Would you like to hear about some of our exclusive deals we can offer you?' I'm fine. 'Can we offer you some FAN-tastic insurance to go with that?' I'm only buying batteries?! Which is the only thing that puts me off shopping at this Lush. The friendly staff obviously have a whale of a time working here as they're always smiling and joking around. But I really don't need to be asked 'can I help you?' by six different perky shop assistants before being helped against my will regardless of me refusing their help! (I get them impression they're working on commission). It's such a shame that they're so bloomin' helpful, as it puts me off wanting to peruse their henna hair dyes, delicious smelling bath bombs and wonderful lotions and potions. If you do get coerced into buying something you didn't really want - don't be shy to ask for some samples. They're so darn friendly they'll happily give them to you! P.S. You may enjoy this shopping experience if you're a much more personable shopper than I am!
