So after searching for the right battery on their site it returned a price of £193. When it was fitted and I went to pay, I was very surprised and disappointed to be charged the £193 + £40 for the 20 minutes it took to swap it out. Groves Batteries website should be far clearer about the fitting charge.

Shoes are at the front of the shop and are split into women and mens' shoes. I can't say much about the section for men but the womens' section was really well labelled. It was clear which shoes were by which designer without having to look in the shoe. Prices were clearly labelled on all items. They also had a section with bags and accessories where again everything was well labelled. I found the staff to be polite for the most part but at one point they were too busy chatting to notice that I was waiting for one of them to serve me. I had to take one pair of shoes back for a refund because they were faulty and the staff were both polite and helpful and able to offer me advice about what shoes might be a good replacement.

The stickers saying what network they're locked to were wrong on two of the phones I bought they need to check their phones more thoroughly. got my son a Samsung phone from here and Christmas morning we find out the touch screen isn't working properly what a disappointment. won't be buying phones from here anymore till they actually give them a proper check before selling them. The staff members are very knowledge about the products and do take their time to explain in detail about the products and services available for either new or existing customer requirements. A very importantly point to note is that the staff members are not at all pushy with the sales (doesn't seem as though they are chasing a commission like other outlets) but have a relaxed attitude which makes for a good shopping experience.
