Terrible service!. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! I took my SUV in for new tires and an alignment. It's a leased vehicle with premium black painted rims. After they changed the tires, all of my rims were scratched during the process. Now I have a big problem when it's time to return my lease. I noticed the damage before they even did the alignment and immediately told them my rims were scratched. The staff and the manager showed a complete lack of professionalism. I literally saw them coordinating their story, trying to claim the rims were already scratched. This was the first time in the vehicle's life that I had any work done on the tires. My rims were basically brand new, and now they're damaged and will need repairs before I return the car. Again, they took zero responsibility. Instead of providing a service, they created a problem for me. And based on other reviews, it's clear I'm not the only one this has happened to. Terrible place. What a fantastic concept! This place saved me over $1,000. They have new and gently used tires 75+% tread, I happened to get a set at 95% for a fraction of what I would pay at Costco or the dealer. They're quick and efficient. Made sure everything was perfect, did an alignment for minimal cost and sent me home safe and sound. I highly recommend! Honestly is not all Mr goma Location, just this specific one. Staff won't go out of their way to assist you on what seem to me to be their job. The gentleman behind the desk will not step out and see your tire issue, only expecting you to know the issue before walking to the office. Beside that, mechanics are more into the music and each others party details from previous night then actually taking care the matter at hand. But hey is Miami, guess ill take my money and time elsewhere. read more

I originally gave them a higher review but it needs updating: They did find me a rarer replacement tire when I needed it. They sent the tire to the nearest shop the next morning and gave me the local discount which ended up being less installed than their listing. The problem started when I got home and realized they installed another, but similar tire on my car. I called this store back and the guy hung up on me. I then called the store up north - they're much friendlier. I ended up driving all the way up there to have the correct one installed because I didn't want to deal with the guys on 27th. Unfortunately, 2 months later, the tire I bought blew a bubble/hole in the sidewall - I didn't even hit a potholl. I called and, of course, they only warrant the tires for a month. The guy's comment was "I can't believe that happened to you, that's one of the best tires in the industry!" I took a gamble and lost. read more

I dealt with Carlos.. Excellent service, quick, friendly... great prices as well... I went in to get a replacement (used) tire for my cars drivers side front, which I thought was the culprit for loud road noise due to cupping. I bought a tire with 90% tread live left on it for a good price, but the noise was still there. I went back just an hour or so later, and Carlos took a closer look with me at the rest of the tires on my car, and it was clear that they all had some feathering. I ask about drive flats, and they had a set in stock, Pirelli's with 95% tread left. They were kind enough to pull the tire off that I had just purchased, replaced all 4 with the Pirelli tires, and gave me a credit for the single tire that was just installed. ****All I can say is that I highly recommend them! Carlos was very helpful, understanding of my situation, and as fair on the deal as anyone could hope for. I was at the location on NW 2nd Ave... I recently took my pickup truck to Mr Goma tires at the Miami Gardens location. Purchased 4 new tires, had high speed balancing and alignment done. I tested the vehicle 2 days later on the turnpike and found the truck shaking at 70 miles per hour. I spoke to the store clerk, he said to bring it back and they would redo the balancing. Dropped off the truck this morning, I didn't get any notification from the clerk until I picked up the truck at 5:45 pm. He told me the machine is broken and couldn't do the balancing. I asked,how long the machine have been down and whether the balancing was done correctly initially. He replied the bushing or device that keeps the larger tires and rims in place have been broken,and not sure when management is going to fix it. Mr Goma tires charged my card for a service that have not been completed. Same location changed the tire pressure sensors on my car, and couldn't program the sensors but told me my module was bad. Took the car to the mechanic,and the mechanic was able to program the sensors with no difficulty. I have used Mr Goma in the past and will not support this crooked business ever gain. read more

I came to replace my front passenger tire. They convince me to change the front driver tire to although it didn't have issues. They replaced one of my tires with one that had a hole and sure enough i got home with a flat. So not only did i go to fix the flat on my front passenger tire... i get it fix to then have a flat on the front driver. When i came to fix it they made me wait for an hour. They DIDNT replace the tire instead they put a "patch" and tried to sugar coat it. I've wasted half my day on people that can't do their job right the first time. read more

This place is only good for used tires. They wanted to charge me $190 ( 1 control arm w/ball joints) for a part I got online with a 10 year warranty for $62.39. How do they calculate labor at $225 for 1 part?!!! Which takes less than 1.5hrs to install???? They are not trust worthy so go elsewhere for mechanical issues! read more

Best tire experience I have had in miami area in a very long time. Quick service and all of the guys working there were very helpful. Had a slow leak in tire and instead of selling me new tire right away, they checked my tire first and found a very small sharp piece of metal. Recommended a repair and I was out in 10 minutes. The receiving area is comfortable. I called before showing asking for 4 used tires and they quote me over the phone. The store was cleaned and organized. The staff was friendly, starting with Charlie and the rest of the crew. I bought 4 used tires with 10% use at a very fair price for my Lexus GS 350. I also did an alignment and replaced an original Lexus part that did not allowed the car to align properly. Had to call the tire shop 3 times to see if my tire arrived. First time they put me on hold for 5 minutes second time 3 minutes and the last call they finally attended me. Had my tires not been difficult to find I would've never called so many times and gone elsewhere. When I got there they were not busy just two men chatting at the counter as stated in previous posts. They advised me it would be 20 minutes (I went to Mr. Goma in Miami Gardens and their 20 minutes was me in and out). I am an hour and a half in and my two tires have yet to be replaced.
