The owners came out to help them after hours just to make sure they were safe and that their car tire was fixed. Not only were they given quick and amazing service, you could not beat the price. My dad said he was shocked at how reasonable the cost was. My parents said the individuals who fixed their tire were such great and kind people. I was told by Travis when i did get a hold of them that they cancelled my request. i contacted my financial institution the moment they opened and informed them that services were not received for the charge and they credited my account, but today 3/12/26 i find that the merchant charged my account - again for services not received. Fuel pump died on our son's 1-ton GMC dually. Mobil Service and Colton showed up very quickly…read more Spent 30 minutes diagnosing the issue. Since our son was towing a trailer towing the rig to the shop was problematic but since no other Amarillo towing service stepped up to the plate Colton did. He figured out how to tow the rig to the Dean shop. He got on the search for a new fuel pump immediately the next day and located a unit 2 hours away. Long story short we were back on the road just past 3:00. The pump was physically located between the top of the fuel tank and the truck bed. So they had to drop the fuel tank in order to reach and replace the fuel pump. Colton was AMAZING. Everything he did was focused on successfully getting us back in the road. He provided totally focused customer service. GREAT JOB COLTON!!! YOU DESERVE A RAISE DUDE!!!

April, 2025- Colton is amazing-he is such an excellent mechanic and never stops until he solves the…read moreproblem. We are full timers with a 30 yr old 40 ft motor home. Our boost wasn't working and Colton immediately looked at the exhaust system. It had holes in the system and he pulled the damaged pieces out-had them rebuilt and put the new ones in. When we started it up, he found another air leak in the gasket around the hydraulics and ordered that for us when he couldn't find one in Amarillo. After two days, it came in and we were back on the road..no delays, excellent attitude and the charges were definitely reasonable. We rarely find a diesel mechanic with this much skill and drive.
