They gave me about three drops of bleu cheese, which is a shame because those three drops were perfect. Feels borderline cruel to nail it that hard and then hand it out like medicine in a shortage. I went in the middle of the day, which probably explains why the place was crawling with kids. That one's on me, but still -- the "line" looked more like a huddle of middle schoolers planning a coup. Loud, messy, impossible to navigate. Service, though, was on point. The guy running the counter was friendly, fast, and clearly just as over the kid chaos as I was. Couldn't blame him. Bottom line: food's legit, service is sharp, and I'll be back. Just not at peak recess hour.

It contained griyo (fried pork shoulder), rice and beans, bannann peze (fried plantains), pikliz (pickled veggies), side salad, and Sos Ti-Malice (warm hot sauce). The fried items in the dish were both flavorful and quite tender. The pikliz (pickled veggies) were a necessary, very tasty complement to the dish. The hot sauce was nice and quite balanced spice-wise. I also got the Soursop with Ginger and Lime drink (ask for their fresh juices). It was refreshing, with an intense ginger burn after each sip. However, it was pretty expensive at ~$9. Note that certain pictured menu items may not be available and other available items may not be on the menu. Definitely ask them for the current day's items. +1 for the solid service!

My issue was the meat was tough to bite through, I think the prosciutto was too thick. Overall not a bad sandwich and definitely worth trying. I wish I got here earlier while they still had slices of calzone so I could've tried one.

I used these folks years ago (until I encountered too many container and salt issues) but I was…read morenever able to find another food delivery service that measured up to their quality and service. Now, I get single serving containers (so I can leave one out and freeze one and not have to refreeze ever) and the salt is juuuuust right -- or at worst, easier to add to than remove :) The ingredients are great quality, optimally healthy and fresh and I believe they do aim for organic where possible, but at least, do not use GMO. The service is very accommodating and the deliveries are well and carefully packed and arrive very cold (though it is winter now :) ). The improvements I would hope for are: larger amounts of the servings of the side vegetables, greater variety of entrees (a lot are very similar, so the 5 week rotation feels like maybe half of that) and the single serve containers as the default so that I am not charged so much extra for them each week.
