I ordered through DoorDash on a day I was particularly hungry, so I got the number one voted burger (Singnature Steakhouse Burger), one of the fancy fries (Three Cheese Fries) and a dessert (New York Cheesecake). The Three Cheese fries were extra delicious with little pieces of crispy Parmesan that almost tasted like prosciutto, and the cheese was super melty and tasty. The Signature Steakhouse Burger, unfortunately had a few issues. The patty-to-bun ratio was totally off, with a huge, thick burger patty and tiny little buns. The buns themselves were super buttery and flavorful, I just wish they were bigger. The burger had way too much bacon on it, also (there was almost a second patty, made out of bacon strips). There also was not enough of the garlic aioli on the burger, and when I took off the lettuce and bacon it took off most of the small amount of aioli there was, too. So I had to add mayo and ketchup myself at home. The New York Cheesecake was a great end to the meal, though, with semi-sweet cheesecake and tangy strawberry topping along with some chopped fresh strawberries. I like when cheesecake isn't saccharinely sweet, so this was perfect. It's just unfortunate that the main part of the meal (the burger) was a bit of a disappointment. The biggest issue (which a lot of delivery places have) is that they don't allow preferences or substitutions. Allowing those options could alleviate a lot of their issues (like the pound of bacon/too little sauce/no lettuce issues).

Their staff is always nice and pretty efficient in getting food out. There are a handful of tables where you can eat if you want to dine in. I will say, you do NEED to eat your burger/food there, because when we have ordered it and taken it home, it is a soggy, cold mess. It loses the heat and freshness very fast, is what I mean. But when we have eaten there (after realizing the take home plan does not work), it's been pretty good. Yes, the burgers are greasy, but that's to be expected when you're getting a burger. The fries are pretty nice too - they are pretty hearty - almost like steak fries. They also have milkshakes in about ten flavors, so check those out as well. As I said, Five Guys is a pretty nice option for a quick burger in Omaha, but definitely dine in to have it stay fresh, and don't visit if you're on a diet, becuase everything there is a grease bomb!

The kid who just took my order shrugged his shoulders when I asked for my drinks and walked away towards the back. I had to get one of the young ladies to help me but she stared as if she couldn't understand the words coming out of my mouth. She did one drink at a time and then would ask me again for the next one. The kid who took my order just hung out by the heat lamps talking to the cook. Preparation of the hotdogs isn't rocket science but neither of the two males was capable of putting the hot dogs together. In addition they had prepared desserts that where hard when my daughter's tried to eat her strawberry funnel cake. This wasn't just some kids being silly, what this was is poor supervision and education. I will go back but I will leave if the staff behaved the way they did this day.

Well, Wahlburgers is much, much better than that, but with prices that are very reasonable. Wahlburgers doesn't have the ambiance of a date night restaurant, but I think if you'd put this food in a different, little more upscale setting, the food would seem to match the surroundings.
