I walked in, door beeped as I came in and I sat there for about ten minutes waiting for someone to come up to the counter. Felt like there was no one there for a bit and it was a but eery. Saw a couple people in the back before one noticed me and apparently my order had been sitting on their counter the whole time. I get being under staffed or whatever the issue was but I feel more attention should be paid to the counter, especially when they know there's a pickup order waiting.
