I don't know that the written word or a picture can do justice to Bubba it's California chicken. In…read moremy experience, it is the best tasting chicken I have ever had at a restaurant or someone's home. I I can say that at least 35 times, as that is how many times I have ordered it over the past 5+ years. Whatever it is they do to this chicken breast it is the juiciest, most tender and favorable chicken breast you will ever have the opportunity to eat. They have perfected the preparation and cooking of the breast. I highly recommend this dish to anyone that is looking for chicken perfection. I dare you not to agree and if you do not agree, your taste buds are defective.

We were aeated immediately and had our drinks quickly. Appetizers were ordered and deliver faster than expected. Our entrees took longer than expected, but they were starting ti grt busy so understandable. Our server comes back and asks if we want boxes. We said yes, and they go away to grab a few. They are dropped off at our table. We start packing things up and i say "where are the pickles?" We ordered the combo platter that was very underhwleming for the price (4 cheese sticks, 6 wings, and 3 dozen deep fried pickles for almost $17). It turns out ay some point they were taken by our server without asking. It wasn't like there were 3 pickles either, half the bowl was full. Management should have people checking with staff before they take something away before people are finished. Not only did i feel like i over paid for the appetizer, but a good part of it was throw away to boot.

Willy's Kitchen is a comfortable cozy friendly little restaurant, just east of the BWI airport…read moresince 2002. They prepare a full breakfast menu all morning, and a nice array of comfort-food the rest if the day. This was our first time here, and we were welcomed like regulars. We both felt like the fried fish, halibut i think, and we got one sandwich and one platter with fries. They served us hefty thick filets, lightly breaded, freshly fried and piping-hot. The halibut was mild-flavored, ready for our favorite sauces and seasoning. I like variety, and had some with salt and pepper, simple and delicious. We had some with genuine Tabasco, which to me is more flavorful than some of the sweeter hot-sauces, though i like those too. I ate it in the old style, which is to sauce the bread. It creates a creamy texture and makes it easy to get just the right amount of heat that I want with each bite. And Willy's served a thick creamy tartar sauce that is very satisfying. The fries were hot and crisped and quite generous. We liked Willy's welcoming staff. They seemed to like the place and the customers, and they seem to know many as regulars. And the customers filled the room with a soothing background of happy chatter. I can't tell you how comfortable it felt. We heard that breakfast fills up early on weekends, so we might not try to bring a large group during those hours. We will definitely be back :-)

The server, Tara P, did a great job -- she was the one bright spot. The bigger problem is cleanliness. The ambiance has gone downhill significantly, and there were several flies buzzing around the dining room. One even tried to land on my toast, which was pretty gross. I was not impressed whatsoever. If this is the new normal, they need to fix it immediately. I'd give it another shot once things improve, but right now this is a two.

5-Star Review -- The Grill at Quarterfield Station…read more We had a wonderful dining experience at The Grill at Quarterfield Station. We ordered the Maryland Rockfish, Herb-Crusted Salmon, and the Shrimp & Crab Imperial. Everything was delicious, with the Shrimp & Crab Imperial standing out as the highlight of the meal. What made the visit even better was the friendly, welcoming, and accommodating staff. The young man who greeted us was very courteous and ensured I received the window seat I requested, which set a positive tone right away. A special mention goes to Ari, who was knowledgeable, personable, and attentive throughout our visit. Ari's warm and engaging personality made us feel genuinely welcomed and well cared for. We enjoyed the experience so much that we will definitely be back. We were so eager to dig in that we forgot to take photos beforehand, which says a lot about how good everything looked and tasted. Great food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Pulled up to Bahama Mike's Seafood on a regular weeknight, and first impressions absolutely matter…read more The place was spotless. And I mean spotless. If you walked in blind, you honestly wouldn't even guess they specialize in seafood -- that's how clean and fresh the environment felt. Major points for that alone. Now let's get into the food. I started with the cream of crab soup. The portion was solid and there were huge chunks of crab throughout, which I definitely appreciated. However, the base itself just wasn't to my liking. The crab was there, but the flavor profile didn't quite hit for me. For my entrée, I ordered the oyster platter with two sides -- regular fries and coleslaw -- and added a shrimp basket because when you're at a seafood spot, you might as well go all in. The meal definitely satisfied my hunger, but if I'm being honest, it tasted more boxed and frozen than freshly battered. That homemade, crispy, just-dropped-in-the-fryer feel wasn't quite there. On the bright side, the fries were good -- hot, crisp, and dependable. The coleslaw was exactly how I like it: balanced, not too sweet, not too heavy on the mayo. Where they truly shine is customer service. The staff was accommodating, friendly, and very helpful throughout the visit. Service can make or break a dining experience, and they definitely delivered on that front. Overall, while this visit didn't completely wow me food-wise, the cleanliness and service alone are enough for me to give them another shot. I'll be back to try something different and will happily update my review. Stay tuned.
