I've always liked this place but last time I went thru the track that pulls you thru took a chunk out of my drivers side front rim, I haven't decided whether to pursue it or just scrap the rims, they're after market and the old owner put them on. Huh. It's hard to find a good car wash in this area! While my car looked much cleaner, some of the dirt towards the bottom on the car on all sides remained. I went over it with a sponge and was able to remove it manually. But I'm not dropping $16 dollars on a car wash there again. AND the chrome lettering that identifies the car make fell off the next day! I'm not 100% sure this was the cause, but from reading other reviews it seems likely. read more

I got the Works Wash and an add on. Not sure why but my car came out with the front license plate bent, a few chips on the paint on the sides of my car, and a few scratches. I'm not coming back again. Also be warned: don't expect your car to come out dry - bring some microfiber cloths with you! read more

I came here desperate for a car wash after an unfortunate parking spot choice left my car absolutely covered in bird droppings. The employee gave it a hose-down before I went through the automatic wash. I guess as the track started to pull my car through, he noticed that the back wasn't prepped well enough. When I came out at the end, a supervisor was waiting there, and asked if I had time to go through again for free. He gave me whatever "deluxe" option was available. The first employee spent a few extra minutes with the power-washer hose this time, and my car came out spotless. If you saw how disgusting my car was at first, you'd understand why I was not upset (or surprised) that the first wash wasn't perfect. I would've been happy just getting the majority of the gunk off, but I sincerely appreciate the upfront and professional staff that made sure I received excellent service. read more

Do not go to this car wash! Kurt the manager could care less about customer service and actually tells customers to take their business elsewhere! I could possibly see a disgruntled employee saying something like that but as the manager your job should be customer service at all times! Up until today, I had been a loyal customer for over a year and a half. My bank sent me a new ATM card this month and apparently it needed to have the updated CRV number entered i their system. Instead of doing the right thing and let my family and I go through the car wash, Kurt made me back out while having other customers have to move their cars as well. He of course did the brave thing and hid in his office while his very nice staff helped me to back out. When I went to talk to him, he insulted me, encouraged me to find another car wash and made fun of me as I left. Of course I plan to call the owner and file an official complaint with Mr. Wizard but I'm sure it will not do any good. Kurt laughed at me when I mentioned doing this to him today. Save your money! Take the trip to Chadds Ford or look up another car wash nearby. Kurt has no business managing anything. read more

This is the finest car wash around! I am very particular with my automobiles (2 Lexus), and am pleased with the quality vs. value.

Average car wash with expensive prices. They have raised their rates year after year, with no improvement in the service. If you upgrade your wash you are paying as much as a car wash that actually vacuums and details the car. Blowers don't fully dry the car and the washers miss some areas on the car, especially the rear. If your in pinch, may be worth it. read more
