Our new home was a tough find in the neighborhood we wanted. It has no steps at the front door or inside, a health requirement for my wife. Throughout the "hunt" Amy was usually ahead of the game on new listings and even got us in early several times. We had several near misses of offers on other homes and lots of dead-end listings. Amy was always available and highly responsive to any and all requests... we were never left waiting for the realtor to get back to us. Her advice and assistance was invaluable in putting together the offer and the rest of the purchase process. She saw every detail through to the closing and also negotiated some additional concessions from the sellers. I'm not sure the total hours that Amy dedicated to our purchase, but from start to finish I doubt she made minimum wage. Again, I really can't say enough about the level of care and service that Amy provides her clients. It amazes me how many people I talk to that know her. They are always very complimentary about Amy as a realtor and more importantly as a person. She wins everyone's Golden Home Finder award!

From day one, he truly listened to our needs and gave thoughtful recommendations about what would be a good long-term investment versus what might end up being a money pit. He wasn't the type to push for a quick sale--in fact, he pointed out property damage and issues we might've missed on our own, which really built our trust. He stood out among all the other real estate agents we attempted working with. Thanks to his guidance and expertise, we ended up getting our top-choice home in just eight days! The process was seamless from start to finish. Even recently, when we needed to relocate, Peter offered to help us find renters and has continued to be supportive. We'll absolutely be working with him again when it's time to sell. As first time home buyers, we felt we got amazing value for the services provided. Highly recommend Peter and the Red Cedar Real Estate team for anyone looking for a knowledgeable, genuine, and reliable agent.

The best way to describe Peter and Red Cedar is high touch, white glove - concierge service. Peter knew the market and had a powerful team of equally adept realty professionals. Nothing happened without Peter's knowledge and he always focused on what was best for us: Initially meeting through closing. Here's where the professionalism goes to another level - Peter builds relationships with his clients, throws mixers, and checked up on us a couple of times per year. And, he DIDN'T ASK US FOR THE NEXT DEAL each time he subtly checked in on us over 5 years! He and his team cares about you - long term not just to get a sale. After 5 years of relationship building, we called Peter and the Red Cedar team for support. He came over. We completed representation paperwork, his AMAZING 360 degree Ariel and interior video/photography genius turned up and transformed our house into a buyer's beacon that sold our home within 24-48 hours of posting - FULL PRICE OFFER!!!! This is Red Cedar - all day long. After getting an offer, Peter and his team coordinate every document, appointment, and follow-up like a well oiled machine. The signing appointment was completely painless without any hiccups in the paperwork or payout - again, Peter and Red Cedar are professionals and the service providers (Ex. No pressure at all. We could have sold our house "as is" but we decided to have some work done including painting, carpeting, cleaning, and landscaping. In each case, Jen had a contractor that would drop everything in order to work with her clients and at a very reasonable price. All of them did a great job. His contract sale terms were the best in the market. He was willing to redo and update my photos three different times without any pushback, as we originally listed in March and wanted to show more greenery. Brad was very responsive to both text and calls, throughout the sale process. Unfortunately, I had to request multiple times that certain property pictures be removed and the order changed so we could put our best "money" pics first and I also ended up rewriting at least a 1/3 of the property description myself, to effectively explain my home improvements to justify the substantial price increase since our recent purchase. Unfortunately, the end result was not good. Brad didn't show up for one showing or open house, as promised during our flashy initial meeting. He also ended up pushing me very aggressively to accept a low offer vs fighting harder for me for additional $. I also told him no less than 3 times through both text and conversation that there were brand new RH outdoor furniture items, fire pit and chairs and some interior accessories that were not to be included in the sale, ($17k) but he included them anyway and also told me that accessories were classified as furniture in MD, and we agreed all "furniture" would convey. Total BS. In addition, his team approach to service creates a delay and diminishes the quality and accuracy of information exchanges. For example showing feedback is delayed and inconsistent from team member, with at least one showing scheduled two weeks prior being never communicated until two hours before. In the end, in my opinion, Brad genuinely believes the market will determine the price and that he doesn't influence it, especially in a down market. I believe Brad is all about just closing the transaction and he believes that, in itself, is a big success! Very disappointing experience, although I will admit that the market conditions did not help.
