Mr. Vic's is absolutely amazing. After my dryer stopped working, I called this business and he called back right away. I explained my situation to him over the phone, and he worked with my schedule, even though it was gonna take me over an hour to get home that day. He said that since I was local to the area that he'd be willing to send a technician out later than normally, which first off is amazing customer service. We agreed on a time of when I would be home and sure enough, right on the dot. The technician was at my house ready with everything that he needed. He came in very professionally asked where the unit was and began working once I explained what the situation was going on with the dryer. After about 15 minutes, he told me exactly what was wrong, the thermostat went out on the dryer and he was going to verify if they had a replacement part inside of the truck. The whole repair took less than 45 minutes, from fully disassembling, the dryer, finding the issue, and fixing the thermostat, while also completely putting together the dryer all over again and testing that the heating element was working properly. I was originally going to go with one of the repair teams that my dryers manufacturer recommended, but Mr. Vic and his team absolutely blew the price out of the water. This is the first time, and definitely not the last time, that I would be calling Mr. Vicks to Service any of my appliances. You have definitely earned a customer for the long haul. read more

Employee super efficient and courteous. His diagnosis was a freon leak which they recommended not fixing as the problem would likely redevelop within a month or so. THE WORST MOST UNPROFESSIONAL VENDOR..! Please spare yourself the grief of hiring this so called business. Mr. Vic, came to my home to repair our broken icebox to then have to come back to follow up because our kitchen flooded. He took our icemaker last NOVEMBER 2023, it is now JUNE 2024... 8 months later and we have to call him multiple times to get any sort of update. When this all started... one month or two month in I believed the old story of "the part is on back order" excuse -- in MARCH 2024 he was still feeding us the backorder excuse. Finally early May he said the part came in at last and he would call the following week to schedule installation -- he stopped taking my husbands calls and returning my husbands messages. Today he answered my call (from an unknown number) to tell me he's been sick and he has other customers waiting longer than I have and how he's doing me a favor. We got into a screaming match because he couldn't take me telling him how unprofessional he is and how bothered I am at his lies and this situation. I have never dealt with a vendor more unprofessional and irresponsible. I have been without a working water source and ice-maker for 8 MONTHS; he took the part and never came back!!! In simple terms is called STEALING! When confronted with the issue all he could do was say more lies and hang up the phone. Terrible vendor, worst human being --- by the way all of his services where paid for upfront when he "fixed the problem" in NOVEMBER 2023! Do yourself a favor and look at the private responses he has sent. Saying things like "do you control your home" and commenting about a woman's menstrual cycle. We were having problems with a microwave oven combo and our microwave stopped working. I called one company via Yelp. They came four times and finally said they couldn't fix it. I called Vic on the recommendation of a family member. What a relief. He came one day to look at it. Ordered parts. Once the parts were in he was able to get it up and running again. DIshwasher wouldn't stop trying to run and our fridge's door water/ice unit hadn't worked properly in couple months. Vic fixed the dishwasher (our main concern) in under 30 mins and diagnosed the fridge problem we'd been living with. Called me back 2 days later w 2 options to repair the fridge, full dispenser unit swap out or a much cheaper option that Vic said may leave slight scratches near the dispenser handle. Took him up on the 2nd option, took a week n half for part to come in and after Vic repaired it I don't see any scratches and dispenser works perfect. Great value for sure read more

First of all I had called another appliance company for a quote and they gave me $435 quote for a control board repair on a dryer. So I went on Yelp and checked Mr. Vics and Mr. Vic answered himself. I told him about my whirlpool dryer how it turned on but when you pressed the start button it wouldn't work. He told me that the control board can be repaired and also can be ordered for new parts. I had a different tech come out his name was Jeff was a super cool guy I gave Mr Vic details on the piece that broke he knew exactly what it was his tech Jeff looked at it went to work on this piece and had it done within 30 min. Thank you Mr. Vic's Appliance for the repair of my Samsung refrigerator. My whole experience with Mr. Vic's was phenomenal! Prior to contacting Mr. Vic's Samsung repair sent their technician out to do the work and within 10 minutes or less I was told the refrigerator needed Freon and it would be best to purchase a new refrigerator. I decided to search on YELP.com and found Mr. Vic's Appliance and from the reviews the one thing that stood out most was his honesty. My freezer wasn't working well, and it was creating frost. The food in the fridge was spoiling as well. My fridge is Samsung and when I called them to send someone to check it, they referred me to a bad company. I checked on Yelp for other places that were available. Some were too far to come to my house and others were closed because of the pandemic. I finally found Vic's service and he was nice on the phone to answer all my questions. He informed me that they wouldn't charge for the inspection of the fridge only if I decide to get it fixed. I made the appointment and the technician they sent was very professional. His name was Jeffrey and he arrived on time. He inspected the freezer and noticed that the door sealant was off, and temperatures were wrong. He fixed it and advised us how to maintain the space around the fridge and temperatures, so it doesn't happen again.
