When this happened, it sent a "red flag" up that our business was not at all important to this individual. Second, the "inventory" was not there. The entire suit brought out to be tried on did not fit at all! What? A "Tuxedo JUNCTION" that does not have the correct sizes in their inventory to properly fit a customer? Never heard of that - ever. So, most sadly, we left without being able to rent a suit - let alone a TUXEDO - at AJ's Tuxedo JUNCTION! Wow. Dang it!

Yeah, some.of.my.shirts have faded a bit, what do you expect? You're not paying over $30.for.a button shirt. Ties are $20, they also have a bargain bin that I just found out about. Worst tuxedo rental experience ever…read more First of all the woman in charge looks like she should be working at "Hot Topic", not a formal wear business. On my first visit I got measured and left deposit also agreed on a return date for the tuxedo (Monday after the Saturday event). During my second visit (pick up) the problems started. First of all I had to wait for a long time to be helped (she's the only employee) and on top of that she was rude. And to top things off she had changed the return date to Sunday the next day after my event (which was out of town). She claimed that they were closed on Monday, so I told her I would return it on Tuesday, she rudely shot me down. And finally to add insult to injury she kept my $10 deposit on a bogus claim. I am "Mr. Neat" and the tuxedo was returned in good condition (maybe she wanted me to dry clean it first before I returned it). So, if you don't want to have a bad time try another place instead, like AJ's Tuxedo right down the street from them.

After a long time my son finally found two pair he wanted. Took them up to pay when the cashier couldn't figure out why the discount wasn't being taken off. She asked a coworker I assume is a supervisor why it's not coming off. She then tried to ring them up on her register and discovered it's not on "work jeans", one of his jeans were considered to be. No sign around the store said it excluded work jeans. Even the associates didn't know that. Even the associate helping us suggested the jeans not included in the sale. The thing that really got my goat is they laughed about it and said "oops false advertising ". Do better Boot Barn!
