Our body corporate recently bought $10k worth of machines from them and the the advice on selections and the delivery and follow through service was great. There was a small hiccup with installing the fixed weights machines system but they came through for us and even threw a few small gifts our way to make sure we stayed very happy.

Was sold a new Acer Aspire 3 Computer because I thought the previous Acer Aspire was not working…read more After the new purchase we realised the old computer WAS working nobody really checked it well enough. Unfortunately I had purchased the new one but should have asked for a REFUND. Now the new Acer 5 is no longer working so I took it back over 21 days ago and am still waiting to get it back. I have had to use my old Aspire 3 now but both packed in before the 2 year purchase period was up. They have even charged me $99 to have it sent back to Acer to get a new battery & Charger as both were not working. I will never buy Acer or shop at HN again
