I thought being towed on a Saturday would cost over 500.00 but it was only 265.00 The entire repair including diagnosis and towing was only 1056.12 after tax. I thought that was very inexpensive for the quality of the service. If we are ever in trouble in that part of the world again, I will definitely be calling them! The only hard part was we were travelling with a German Shepherd. That makes it hard to be broken down but it was a nice day so we were ok.

Francisco not only tried to help me figure out what was wrong with the truck, he also called my driver and walked him through how to manually pull up the codes from the dash to attempt to diagnose the problem at no charge. We exchanged several phone calls and he went to great lengths to assist us and was very helpful and knowledgeable, even after he knew that we were not going to be needing his services in West Wendover and decided to have the truck towed back to Sparks, NV. The truck broke down after 1 hour of driving and try to contact him and he never answer call or reply messages. And luckily there was truck stop near by and they change the same filter again cost $235 and truck works fine after that. He didn't put the filter correctly. Please avoid. Then told me I needed to call to see if they would approve it, but then he wouldn't wait for us to call and get that approval. We finally got a hold of Allstate Roadside Assistance, who he said dispatched him, and they approved it, then he wouldn't come back to do the job. He claimed he couldn't open it because it was a commercial truck, but it's just a Econoline 250, not a semi, and it was approved. He left us here all night.
