I was LIVID when I saw that they had placed a logo sticker on the inside back window of my SUV. There was NO reason for them to be INSIDE, all the way in the back of my SUV. Not only did they NOT ask or tell us....when I took it off and sent it back to them letting them know that this could be considered vandalism, they had the NERVE to CALL MY HOME to "assure me" that this is not vandalism. They took her car in early. Drove her back to campus and then picked her up. They were friendly and explained everything to her. They didn't charge her for the service!
