Roger shifted some things around to work us in at a time we could get there, and reassured me when we made the appointment that they would do everything they could to get us on the road again quickly. It was clear that each member of the team really cares about the customer. I got to work with the owner, Roger; the service manager, Tim, and mechanic Bryan. They all took extra care and attention in a situation that wasn't an "easy fix" and required some brain power and creativity. I may never be in Houghton again, and they knew that, but they went the extra mile anyway. I also want to share that when I complimented Bryan on his trouble-shooting skill, he told me how he feel fortunate to work for Roger because Roger creates such a customer centered work environment. We had already called AAA and they weren't coming until AM. We called Dynamite Towing in the morning and 2 mechanics came out and fixed it on the spot. Luckily it was only a hose replacement. We also had them replace a ball bearing in our tow trailer. On the road again in a couple of hours! Thank you Dave and Buck! And BTW, they are open 24 hours for towing!
