Everything seemed great, although it's priced higher than it should be. We made the drive out here and it was pretty disappointing. The SUV was completely filthy - complete with bird poop. He knew we were coming and we made an appointment. Clearly he had no intent to make the vehicle look it's best for us and didn't value our business at all. There was no wiper on the back window. The tires didn't match which is a must on a 4x4 vehicle. The back left bumper was not aligned properly. The light above the back window with the washer fluid nozzle needed repair. I understand this was a used vehicle and wasn't expecting perfection by any means. I was expecting some care of the car (bare minimum wash the car and put on the missing wiper). This left us a very negative impression in general. If they're that sloppy about things, this isn't a dealership we wanted to purchase from. My last car buying experience was very different. I was picked up at the airport. Treated so well. Taken to breakfast. I was buying a used car that time too but the care for me and desire for my business was obvious from start to finish. We were never treated badly or anything. I hope this review is looked at by the dealership so that they make a greater effort in future. No car buyer wants to feel like the dealer is lazy and putting in bare minimum efforts on the vehicle or their customer service.

The mom said the Dad and son were coming back from rescues on the pass and would call me within the hour, 20 minutes later I get a call back and they were dropping off the car and will be right there. Seth was there within the hour and was one of the nicest guys I've ever met. We walked down and looked and I told him the same as I told the kid, which Seth looked to be close to the same age but anyway, told him my buddy and drove on the grad side and didn't break through and could get within 110 ft. He says no problem let's go. He drives down turns around pulls me out no problem and I'm out. We get up top and I say how much? $256 he say, huh? $2029-$256=$1,773.00. I gave him $300, probably should have gave him more thinking back but... I will never use any other towing company other than On My Way Towing and neither should you. These guys are extremely knowledgeable and do fantastic work. I took my Jeep in to get front and…read morerear trusses, regeared, new frame side LCA brackets, and aligned. When they pulled it apart they were quick to call with the extra stuff they found wrong. Best of all, they were completely honest in which of the stuff they found they thought should be fixed, and it wasn't all of it. The parts they needed didn't arrive until last in the week and I was on a hard deadline to pickup the Jeep. They put in a couple late nights and ensured the Jeep was ready to be picked up on time. My Jeep is wheeled pretty hard and a bit beat up, but they worked right around it all and did some minor fan work to get everything installed. After putting about 100 miles on it, the Jeep started pulling to the left. I'm 3.5 hours from their shop, but they worked with me to trouble shoot the possible issues. With a little tinkering the Jeep drives as straight has and arrow. It's hard to find a good shop you can trust with an offroad vehicle who also has incredible customer service. Received a quote and then after they started the project, received a call that a service hadn't been included in the quote. The only quote I received only had balances and not the individual services. While I pointed this out, I still had to pay the price increase which was a more than 10% bump in my project. The lower rating is for what I feel is poor customer service. Not my issue if you can't quote the project correctly and I had no way of knowing what was on the quote. As i said, the truck looks great but if you do business with the CDA store, make sure you have everything in writing before hand or be prepared for the bait and switch. Even worse that this was a referral from a long time customer.
