We pulled off the freeway to the nearest exit and found Grease Monkey. Before I could walk into the office a very nice young man was there to greet me. The staff took a look for us and determined that they could not fix the problem for us, but were able to use a few items they had on hand to get it road worthy enough to finish our trip and back home. I am so thankful for their assistance and professionalism. The staff here are incredible. I highly recommend this business, especially if you live in the area.

Their response to this is to ignore my calls and force me to sue them. If a place like this is unable to replace a simple air filter without screwing it up do you really want them doing any work on your vehicle. Their response to their screw up is to tell you too bad. $7,000 repair don't chance it.

If you want to throw money at a problem until it is fixed, use YOUR money, NOT MINE! Clearly lacks diagnostic skills and the integrity to admit he doesn't know what he's doing. PRIOR to this had transmission and water pump replaced: Wondered why always low on antifreeze, water pump LEAKING all around pump/block interface and outflow interface.
