I found out about Sunny Bay when my neighbor across the street had his car windows tinted. The prices are competitive with other local shops, and you get the added benefit of convenience. For someone like myself, who's crippled, the added convenience is a major benefit. The process of working with Sunny Bay was straight forward, from the price schedule to customer interaction and everything in between. Richard was courteous, and professional. He warned me of potential issues related to the state of the tint being removed, and even so, he was successful in avoiding those issues. He even took the time to double check that I actually wanted effectively clear tint, but once I explained my logic he was happy to go with it. I was looking for clear tint as my car is white with some chrome accents, and dark tint would look out of place, to me. As well as better night time visibility, visibility into the vehicle, and being able to coat all glass panes including the windshield. Before I was injured I worked in a public facing technical role, and I was passionate about providing an outstanding experience for my customer. I subsequently called back, asking difficult questions about an unusual insurance situation, wherein the windshield broke while I had comprehensive coverage but I since (foolishly) canceled the coverage. Tom seemed to have complete mastery of how to handle this and everything worked out great. Both Tom and the installer who did the work seemed very, very experienced and answered all my questions with a great deal of precision. I highly recommend.

I was very patient and followed up about once a week for several weeks. The first couple of times, I was told or given the impression that someone would be coming out, but eventually they stopped responding altogether. What's most frustrating is that they knew the windshield was leaking every time it rained, yet weeks went by without anyone coming to fix the issue or even responding to my messages. I gave them plenty of time and multiple opportunities to make it right before leaving this review. I would have been completely satisfied if they had simply followed through and fixed the leak.
