Yikes. Then we embarked upon another well-meaning, yet dismal failure of a DIY adventure. The film was very old, brittle, and had no intention of coming off my windows. Thank goodness for professionals. Again. Alex was able to come assess the situation and gave a very reasonable quote for the removal of my problem window film.
