This company is really named correctly. Superior Detail does a superior job each time. I contacted Chris on Tuesday and he was able to come to Clearwater on Wednesday and fit me into his schedule. The crew of three worked for an hour and a half on my vehicle, that's 4 1/2 hours of labor. They did a fantastic job to make my 2020 Hyundai look like I bought it yesterday. Great job. Had these guys out today, they were an hour late but they let me know before hand that they were behind schedule. No matter I was working from home all day anyway. They did a fantastic full detail on two of my cars. Super shiny outside, treated the leather, no streaks on the glass, cleanest I've seen my cars in a long time. Whilst they were extremely responsive during our unfortunate Covid-19 lockdown and plenty friendly as well but the work they did for me was more than sub-par. My car is nearly new and as clean as any new car with the exception of my dogs hair from a road trip and some sand in the rear removable floor pan that could have been just wiped, but they didn't even open the rear hatch to look let alone clean. There were areas that they didn't even try to vacuum. The windows were streaked and spots left around all edges. Sap left on the exterior that was removed by my 7 yo grandson when he found it. I'm disabled so I wasn't able to check their work upon completion but when I could so I started trying to have them rectify their downfall. They ignored my electronic attempts and refused to return my calls. It does no good to be fast if you are doing shotty work!!! Save yourself 150.00 and do it yourself or call someone that cares about their work and the very people that keep them in business. read more
