SUPER ULTIMATE! I didn't know I could find a good mobile car wash all the way in Weeki Wachee but I found the BEST CAR DETAILING SERVICE EVER! My daughter's car needed a wash and wax very badly so I started looking into it so that I could have it done for her for Christmas. I'm so pleasantly impressed by ULTIMATE MOBILE! If they can't do the job with the mobile unit they will come pick your vehicle up with their fully enclosed car hauler and do the job in their climate controlled workshop. They provide a premium service and it cost a bit more than the $5 car wash but that's why you looking for this type of care for your vehicle because it will keep your paint looking perfect for a very long time. I mean my SUV was a disaster zone (I'm a veterinary nurse, have a 4yr old daughter, two huge bulldogs and park at a salty boat ramp almost every weekend)! They come to the office, which is very convenient, and they leave our cars brand new in a way One small thing to point out, on rainy days...they should reschedule our appointments and don't make the poor guys come on for detail work if there is no way we want our cars done with the black clouds accumulating, you know what I mean? On Monday (5/12/14), Mike of Ultimate Mobile Detailing came to my home, and applied Opti-Coat Pro to my 1-week old red Tesla Model S 85. I was extremely impressed with his service, and felt obligated to take the time and write this review: Mike arrived on time at 8am sharp with a trailer full of equipment, and explained the whole process. Mike spent literally all day long working on the car. A majority of that time was spent hand-washing (with spot-free water that he brought) and detailing the paint. By mid-afternoon, he applied the Opti-Coat by hand, and asked me to look over the car closely. The car looked amazing, but we did find a few small things that he corrected further. Mike even offered to come back if I should find any minor issues. He worked until 7pm (11hrs!) and ended up charging me just for 1 additional hour (for paint correction) above the quoted price (as was forewarned). When finished, he called in the warranty with Optimum, and walked me through the documentation in detail. Mike also took the time to answer my questions about hand-washing, and even spent some time giving me advice on correcting my water-spotted Prius. It's evident that Mike is perfectionist; he treats your car as if it was his own. Although Opti-Coat can be used on windows (according to its creator), I noticed it may be interfering with my windshield wipers. The wipers jump a bit as if they are sticking, and I believe it is related to the Opti-Coat (even though you'd assume the surface would be smoother). So be sure to let Mike know your preference before he begins his work, because he may cover the windows by default. As for the Opti-Coat, I haven't had too much time to put it through its paces, but it's looking fantastic so far. I drove it in the pouring rain, and minutes after it stopped, the car was nearly dry, just from cruising. And besides the mirrors, the lower panels, and some of the chrome, it looks like it was just hand washed and dried (see photos). Anyway, I highly recommend Ultimate Mobile Detailing to anyone looking for high-quality work. The pricing was competitive, and I can't imagine many people putting in nearly the amount of time, effort, and passion that Mike did. As a bonus, he is very friendly & honest, and was very patient with my numerous questions. Mike mentioned that he loves cars and has 20 years of experience in detailing, and it definitely shows. You will not be disappointed. UPDATE: A few days after Mike came, I found a shallow but long scratch on the hood - the type of scratch you could only see in just the right light. I let Mike know via email, and decided on his own to came back that same day to repair it for no cost! He again washed the car, spent another 3 hours buffing out the entire hood, and re-applied the Opti-Coat to the hood, again all at no additional cost. The hood now looks absolutely amazing in any light. In fact, when I took the car to get XPel paint protection film applied (bumper, mirrors, etc), the professional there said he's never seen a new car's paint job in such perfect condition. I just had my Mazda 6 done by Mike. There were swirls in the paint that were put in by the Mazda dealer in Wesley chapel. They denied even seeing the swirls that were plain as day. Mike took care of those swirls. The car looks perfect and it took him many hours to do this. He is so precise with everything he does. I cant thank him enough for such a thorough job. I highly recommend this company. They are truly a company that cares about their reputation but more so care about the vehicles and owners they work with. I am very, very impressed with the final results. Attention to detail, even the smallest things, was awesome. The work was done very professionally and exceeded my expectations. I would gladly pay the full, regular price for the service and will when in need of it again. This is our second car Mike has applied OPTI COAT to. His work is amazing. The attention to the prep work is fastidious. Actually it took all day to prepare the paint on our 1 week old BMW 550i and Mike came back next day to apply the OPTIC COAT. Now the car looks like it has a glass finish.
