No one is out front letting people know so they can make a decision to leave or wait 5 minutes for each car to go through. Otherwise you are stuck and cannot leave until you are at the front of the line. Ugh. Most of the time at least one of the mechanics is broken. The wax sometimes leaves so much on the windows that it leaves a film that you cannot get off without rewashing the windows. The tire cleaner puts so much on that it flings back onto the vehicle. We are about to go somewhere else with our money.

Absolutely terrible experience with Mi Pana Window Tinting…read more These guys were referred to me by Top Dog Mobile Detailing South, so I expected professional work and good customer service. Unfortunately, the quality of the work was shockingly bad and completely amateur. Immediately after the windshield tint was installed, there were two large bubbles in the film. They returned the same day to fix those bubbles, but that was only the beginning of the problems. Afterward, I noticed severe visual distortions throughout the windshield tint, distortion on the front passenger window, and even a small scratch on the windshield itself. The windshield became distracting and uncomfortable to look through while driving. The overall tint job looked rushed and unprofessional. I have had multiple vehicles tinted and ceramic coated over the years, and this was by far the worst money I have ever spent on any tinting or ceramic coating service. The workmanship was nowhere near professional quality. The windshield tint especially looked like an amateur installation rather than work done by an experienced company. When I contacted them about the distortions, I was told they would "go away in about a week" and that I should not park the car in the sun for at least four hours after installation. Nearly a week later, the distortions were still there, so I reached out again. Instead of taking responsibility, I was brushed off and told they had other appointments and would "get to it when they can." The following day I asked for an actual timeframe so I could make myself available, and without any notice they suddenly texted saying they were already a few minutes away from my house. I was over two hours away at work because no appointment or time had ever been scheduled. At that point the owner completely changed his attitude and started blaming me for their defective work. He falsely claimed I caused the problem by moving the vehicle too early and not following instructions. That is completely false, and I have video footage proving the car was never moved during the required period. Instead of standing behind their work, they chose to lie, deflect blame, and argue with the customer. To make matters worse, they then told me to personally remove all of the windshield tint myself, record a video of it, and only then would they consider giving me a refund. That is one of the most unprofessional responses I have ever received from a business. Mistakes can happen with any tint job. What matters is how a company handles those mistakes. Mi Pana Window Tinting showed poor workmanship, amateur installation quality, zero accountability, dishonesty, and extremely unprofessional customer service. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company if you value your vehicle or expect professional-quality work.

I've written two messages to management regarding issues, with zero response. At this location the mat cleaning machine has been out of order for an extended period of time! I'm talking several months. No real way to thoroughly clean mats since. The bottles of window cleaner are constantly either not present or are near empty when available. A trip through the wash tunnel now leaves a bit more residue and water on my vehicle than in the earlier days. I REALLY object to the excess water! The Cortez location has a set of drying rollers that do an excellent job of drying in ADDITION TO the blow dryer. I'm paying the same price as one of the customers who frequents the Cortez location but I'm getting LESS for my money. I'd use Cortez but it's farther from my house PLUS I should get consistent results regardless of location! I have a difficult time understanding how the owners/management will not respond to issues AND will not maintain their equipment that folks pay to use! Hmmm. I have noticed quite a few new car washes being built nearby. Likely will be time for a change.

And then he told me my van would not fit into the car wash... without regard for my van, he then encouraged me to move forward as the sign was literally less than an inch away from my roof... I know Einstein is not working at the local car wash, but this is absurd. Excuse me? Are you kidding me? How do I get out of this tiny little curvy road I just drove into? How do I drive like this backwards? Are you telling me that you did not know that my van could not fit into this area and that I had to drive all the way up to the point of entrance for you to figure out that my van would not fit? This is ridiculous and unacceptable! It's not over... Then It got dangerous. I then had to turn my vehicle in the opposite direction...Against oncoming directional traffic. And of course, there was a latecomer driving up the curvy road ride into my truck. He was not a very nice person and assumed it was my fault that I was now making him drive backwards as well and so I tried to convince him in a friendly manner that it was not my fault but he did not seem very receptive to my friendly inclinations. He got out of the way but I resent the fact that this establishment put me in a position to go ahead against oncoming traffic; this was clearly not smart and was quite stupid. I'm glad I did not get into an accident. This guy needs to be disciplined and if it happens again, he needs to be fired.

Tool box top still dirty I left a 3 star review that day. Later that evening we got a call from CJ about the review to which we then told him of the reasons he immediately apologized and said he will be back on Monday afternoon to correct the issues; he called before coming Monday afternoon and took very good care of the issues stated am now completely happy with the job and money paid very rare to find people honest enough to admit mistakes on a job and to come back and take care of the problems, CJ detailing did and would recommend his services to anyone.
