You must drive in and pay up front, then be granted access into the car wash areas. First you may drive up to the self service vacuum area included with purchase of a car wash. After that you proceed to the actual car wash portion. This is an automatic car wash where they use your tires front wheel to navigate your vehicle into the entire wash. Very quick and simple. Your car gets washed before hand by hand from the attendants then guided into the main wash area. Was a great experience. Would use their service again. And FREE car fresheners with wash purchase!

It seemed like the blowers weren't blowing as hard. The quality of this visit was poor for the value we pay. We pulled over to the vacuum area and began using the air nozzles. Some sort of oil came misting out, covering the mirrors and side of the truck. Thankfully we had enough dry rags and a bottle of water and white vinegar to quickly clean the oil. I was going to complain but my spouse said we'd be late to our appointment if we did. We were very unhappy.

They want me to pay for a new oil pan & got on google to find out "it's on common issue with Nissan" to have a plastic oil pan and it get broken. If it was "overtorqued" then they should not have yanked and pulled my car back and forth to break it loose. Then they call the cops and tell them they "feel threatened" because I'm stuck here and can't leave. Of course I'm upset and have to wait for my tow truck. They are not even willing to pay to fix my oil pan... saying it's not their issue that it was "overtorqued". I will NEVER come here again and I hope everyone keeps this in mind when coming to this "Christian based shop". I'm out $300 to replace my oil pan, plus a tow, plus whatever labor Nissan charges me.
