Absolutely terrible experience with Mi Pana Window Tinting…read more These guys were referred to me by Top Dog Mobile Detailing South, so I expected professional work and good customer service. Unfortunately, the quality of the work was shockingly bad and completely amateur. Immediately after the windshield tint was installed, there were two large bubbles in the film. They returned the same day to fix those bubbles, but that was only the beginning of the problems. Afterward, I noticed severe visual distortions throughout the windshield tint, distortion on the front passenger window, and even a small scratch on the windshield itself. The windshield became distracting and uncomfortable to look through while driving. The overall tint job looked rushed and unprofessional. I have had multiple vehicles tinted and ceramic coated over the years, and this was by far the worst money I have ever spent on any tinting or ceramic coating service. The workmanship was nowhere near professional quality. The windshield tint especially looked like an amateur installation rather than work done by an experienced company. When I contacted them about the distortions, I was told they would "go away in about a week" and that I should not park the car in the sun for at least four hours after installation. Nearly a week later, the distortions were still there, so I reached out again. Instead of taking responsibility, I was brushed off and told they had other appointments and would "get to it when they can." The following day I asked for an actual timeframe so I could make myself available, and without any notice they suddenly texted saying they were already a few minutes away from my house. I was over two hours away at work because no appointment or time had ever been scheduled. At that point the owner completely changed his attitude and started blaming me for their defective work. He falsely claimed I caused the problem by moving the vehicle too early and not following instructions. That is completely false, and I have video footage proving the car was never moved during the required period. Instead of standing behind their work, they chose to lie, deflect blame, and argue with the customer. To make matters worse, they then told me to personally remove all of the windshield tint myself, record a video of it, and only then would they consider giving me a refund. That is one of the most unprofessional responses I have ever received from a business. Mistakes can happen with any tint job. What matters is how a company handles those mistakes. Mi Pana Window Tinting showed poor workmanship, amateur installation quality, zero accountability, dishonesty, and extremely unprofessional customer service. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company if you value your vehicle or expect professional-quality work.

I had this company come do my 2024 Kia EV6; a full ceramic coating on the body, windows, and…read morerims/tires back in March of 2024. I only had the car for less than 1 full month new from the dealership! I was told it has a 9yr coverage warranty but might need yearly maintenance. First off, I will say that the job the technician did was very professional and detail oriented ( ). He showed up in an official company vehicle and spent almost 4 hours at the house; answering every question I had so I could understand the process and coating coverage. Coverage included the physical body, the trim including my installed window in-channel vent guards, all the windows themselves, and the rims/tires! The total job was less than $700 including tip and the coating itself lasted almost an entire year; they used System X Max G+ and you could physically read the product on the bottles being used. Needless to say, I was very pleased with the outcome!!! Forward about ten months later, and that is where I started to see a less than smooth or glossy active coating when washing the car. I run it through a touchless carwash at least 2x a week and hand pressure washed myself every other Sunday using Chemical Guys Si02 car wash. That said, I reached out to them, and they recommended a yearly maintenance refresh might be needed. THIS technician, however, was not so "detail oriented" and did NOT even show up in a Certified Ceramics vehicle. He was supposed to use System X Renew ( ℎ ) but none of the bottles he had on hand were labelled as such; rather basic spray bottles found at Home Depot/Lowes/Walmart with a milky white substance looking fluid inside them. His towels on hand weren't even as clean as my own microfiber towels; thus, why I do think he asked me if he could use them instead. I obliged so I knew he couldn't scratch the paint/surface. He also asked to use my handheld Turbo Blower as it was "too hot and would make quicker work" of the job. Nonetheless, he only treated and buffed the physical body of the car; DID NOT treat the windows, trim, or rims/tires, as that is what I was expecting. I asked him and he said it just doesn't cover those surfaces. He was at the house for about an hour/hour + 30 mins and it cost me $225 which included the tip. Yes, I tip regardless, sometimes it isn't the employee, rather the company itself so they shouldn't be held accountable. I can honestly say, the yearly maintenance was a complete waste of money. It did NOT "refresh" as stated, the car now doesn't bead like it used to, and is NO WHEREAS slick or shiny as the original job came out! I am still washing at touchless car wash 2x a week BUT now have had to hand-pressure wash weekly in every attempt to keep it looking good. Buyer beware; the yearly maintenance package is a joke!!! Do Not Buy One!!! I have since found their products online myself at https://www.systemx.com/products/ and will attempt to purchase directly from the company to use the actual product intended for the job. Hope it does what it says and make the car shiny/glossy, and slick/smooth to the touch!
