Being not so observant, I didn't even know a previous owner had installed window film on every window and door in my home, until the Florida sun and time teamed up to kill the adhesive and make my house look terrible. Yikes. Then we embarked upon another well-meaning, yet dismal failure of a DIY adventure. The film was very old, brittle, and had no intention of coming off my windows. Thank goodness for professionals. Again. Alex was able to come assess the situation and gave a very reasonable quote for the removal of my problem window film. He was on-time, efficient, careful and very clean. A true professional, he made the job look easy and did a terrific job! I am so grateful to Alex for his amazing work.

Since Advanced has a life-time warranty on their window tint, I had my receipt from back then, took the car back to Advanced, and they replaced that rear window with new tint, AT NO COST!!
