Didn't have an appointment, just showed up at 9 am on a Sat morning. Steve greeted me immediately. Explained all of my options, knew the answers to my questions, and showed me an example of what my car would look like. I chose shade 2 and 3 of their best stuff. Steve said that my car would be ready around 1 p.m., but by 10:30 am my car was ready! My car looks awesome! I drove home just wondering why I waited over a year to get my windows tinted on my Lexus! Great customer service! As some one who knows nothing about tint or cars for that matter Steve really helped with explaining the different types of tint. This is the first time I've ever gotten my windows tinted. Very time efficient done in under an hour and didn't seem rushed at all. I noticed a bubble,which is normal in the first week or so dude to the tint drying, after a week or so had passed I called and asked if he could take a look at the window he said of course so I brought my car back so he could take a look and no questions asked told me he would redo the tint on the window for me and check the other windows also. It's worth spending the extra money on, you get lifetime warranty and a great tint job! I highly recommend this shop to any one who wants a great tint job and great service. She called about a week before asking if they would be open July 3rd or closed for the holiday and they said they would be open and made her an appointment at noon. So when she shows up there was a closed sign on the door and she was like what the heck?!
