Super quick customer service, I just went in to change the battery for my watches and came out quick. Friendly people!

I have shopped at Mr. Time for number of years, and they Never disappoint.... the young lady who usually helps me is extraordinarily nice and engaging, along with being professional. The prices are very good, and the service is fast ! ;) Thank you Mr. Time You get five stars read more

I went to this store with my sister because she needed new batteries in two of her watches and some watches caught my eye. I knew nothing about movements or perpetual calendars, automatics, etc, but the sales associate that helped me was really knowledgeable and patient with me, as I had a lot of questions. I bought a really nice Citizen PCAT that day and was so impressed with this store that I thought to myself, this now is my "GO TO" store for time pieces. 2 weeks later I came back asking if I can get the watch more snug and the same person helped me with the sizing very kindly. read more

Very good service! Done is a very timely manner! Would highly recommend! Very convenient and friendly reps.

Hi Yelp I was looking for a place to replace the batteries for 2 of my watches. I found. Mr. Time on yelp. I called for a price and the price was a lot cheaper than other places. I stopped by today and the young lady, replaced. the batteries in 10 minutes for 2 both watches. I am extremely happy with their service, attitude, and how professional they are. Thank You Yelp and Mr. Time read more

Good services they provided I will go back there again please do not increase prices for your services

Awesome watch repair shop in Torrance. Very reasonable and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them, and they know how to repair Rolexes. Hard to come by unless you go to a Rolex store - which tends to be very pricey. read more

I went in for a battery replacement and arm band reduction. The young lady said she would try a notch adjustment instead for free. The battery replacement cost was very reasonable and quick. She could have charged me for the notch adjustment just like the band reduction but didn't. A gesture like this is noticed and appreciated. I want to promote this small mom and pop business! read more

This store is so friendly and helpful! My friend and I walked in, asked for a watch resize, and within minutes my watch fit my wrist perfectly. They were so accommodating and helpful. I love you, Mr Time! read more

I've always liked small mom & pop watch stores. These kinds of stores really know how to deal with customers and show tremendous expertise. My visit today was no exception. So I go in and have a battery replacement for my watch. I was expecting to leave it just come back for it as I had before in other stores. I was actually surprised that she told me to wait for 5 minutes. True enough, my watch was done after 5 minutes and she already checked all the components of my watch. And this was all for $25. I honestly do not know if this was cheap or not but one thing is for sure is that I am happy with the price and the customer service. Too bad I didn't get the lady's name who worked on my watch. I would highly recommend this place for any watch service [entry - mid - luxury; my watch was between mid - luxury]. They have a good selection of watches for sale too. read more

4 years after my first review, I have returned. My three watches needed new batteries. The same young lady took a look at my watches, quoted that it would take 10 mins, but she was done in 5! The two branded watches cost $12 each and one cheap fashion watch was $8. I used the yelp check in offer for $2 off a battery replacement, so got all three batteries replaced for $30 total. read more

Walked and had my watch and band adjusted in 10minutes for $15.00 The service was friendly and quick. A great find for my local neighborhood. read more

Stopped by before closing to get two watch batteries replaced. The super nice lady ran into trouble with the second one (Bell and Ross) because of a unique process to close the watch after it's been open. She ended up calling her daughter who is super skilled at such matters and got it taken care of in no time. Super nice family! Much appreciate them going above and beyond here. read more

Rude. Poor customer service. At least make me feel like you appreciate my business. Damn. I won't be back.

The lady who helped me was very patient and caring to my need. I had an odd repair and it was for a rosary that came unchained which has a special and sentimental value. She did not promise to fix it but still gave it a try and fortunately it worked. The charge was even reasonable and less than the other place I have been going to. More power and success to your business!!! read more

Great selection of watches & replacement bands. Fast & reasonable watch resizing while you wait. Friendly service.

So quick, so friendly and most of all, efficient! Went in to get my watch adjusted and was done in less then 5min. Recommended.

Took several of my automatic watches here to regulate the time. Service is always excellent.

Had a new watch that I'd been carrying around but hadn't worn yet because I needed to resize the band. Finally got around to looking up a place and ended up here. The daughter from a mother/daughter combo helped me out. I explained to her how loose/tight I wanted it, then she estimated how many links to remove and got to work. After only a couple minutes she was back and she got it right on the first try. $2 off with Yelp check-in, so $10 after that. Easy peasy. read more

Fast and friendly service! Went in for a battery replacement for my watch. The person who helped me was friendly and did it with a quickness. Was in there for less than 5 minutes. Also, if you check in you get $2 off battery replacement. Definitely recommend this place for watch services. read more

Been going here for probably 12 years to get batteries for my watches. They used to have a punch card program but apparently it ended when I brought in 6 watches last week. They do charge a fair price for installation around $6-8 per watch (some watches higher) , and within 30 minutes I had 6 running watches. I walked over to starbucks in the shopping center next door while they replaced them. A nice neighborhood small business you should patronize. read more

I have never written a bad review before for any business but the extreme rudeness and lack of professionalism I experienced at this business warranted this review. I came in to simply have my watch size adjusted, the woman stated that she cannot remove the number of links that are needed for my wrist size in order for it to fit as the band did not have enough screws and holes to match for it to be sized down that much. She suggested I get a new watch from the original manufacturer that would fit my size. When I simply asked her how many link she suggests I would need removed to determine what size to be ordered (simply seeking her professional opinion) she began to yell at me and said why should she tell me when I'm not paying for that information... she could have gently refused to share how many links she suggests I remove but instead she yelled at me and called me names. I was appalled by her reaction to the point I thought she did not understand the question so I repeated it. She continued to yell at me and said I'm not paying her any money. I left promptly after that. It's people like this with no humility or respect that I refuse to give any business to. read more

3 years later and they're still providing the same professional and knowledgeable service as always. I'm always impressed with how patient they are with customers yet seem to get your job done without a long wait. Great job, great service! Saved my watch, fixed the unfixable watch band! Great work, thanks!

My dad needed a new band for his watch. I went to Mr. Time and ordered it. They called me when it came in, and they assembled it as well. It was a pleasure doing business with Mr. Time! The price was reasonable and they are kind, professional and pleasant! read more

Family owned watch shop with very genuine and kind people. This is my go to watch shop for all my watch needs. They tend to discount their watches frequently and their services are also very cheap and affordable. I've never had to wait or take longer than 5 minutes when servicing my watches here. These ladies are prompt and professional but still maintain that air of friendliness. Support your local businesses! Whoo! read more

Replaced a watch battery. Next time I need watch services, I'll be back. - In and out in less than 10 minutes - Good customer service - the girl who helped me was nice and quick to get the job done - Received a $2 Yelp check-in discount - Didn't try to upsell me on anyting The last shop that replaced my battery did a mild cleaning of my watch exterior and replaced an internal rubber gasket. That extra step might have earned a 5 star, but overall, Mr. Time does a good job. read more

I am totally satisfied with their ongoing commitment to excellence in customer service and the services they provide. They are eagar to assist, friendly and knowledgeable. Whenever my time pieces need any attention Mr. Time is where I am comfortable. I have had adjustments, batteries replaced, repairs and purchased a few watches from them too. Dishonest, and extremely rude, I changed batteries twice there, and got a watch fixed once, then the same defect happened again shortly. When I took the watch back to them, they denied that they fixed it, and asked for payment again. And again they were horrible, and extremely rude. My advice is avoid this place, and find honest people to deal with read more

Very friendly and honest people working here. It took 5 minutes to change battery and price was lower than I expected.

I sent a message to Mr. Time via Yelp to request for a quote and got a response by the next morning from the owner. I took it to their store the next day and was not disappointed. I needed to replace my battery and strap for my Bulova watch and the whole thing cost about $30 which was also accurate to the quote she provided. I did have to drop it off and come back after a few hours by the owner gave me a call as soon as it was done. I will come back here again for any of my watch needs :) Ps: their large sign says Seiko Casio and and the Mr Time name is in smaller print on their door. They're right next to a nail salon. read more

Just brought my Seiko Diver's Automatic in because it stopped running, this morning. They said they would take a look and if no parts were needed, it would be $25. They tightened up something inside and said to monitor it and see how it runs. If they needed to do anything further, they would apply the $25 charge to the final bill. Awesome!! So far, so good. Great customer service brings customers back every time. I'll be back for another watch purchase or repair when the time comes! read more
