So from the outside, this place looked like the whole neighborhood is about to go under. However, this shop was reccommended so gave them a shot. Brought Dad's vintage Rolex here and immediately, was told they could no longer service Rolexes b/c he can't get the OEM parts. He looks at the watch and said give me a minute, when he came back the clasp had been adjusted and fixed. That was the main issue Dad had and it was adjusted in 2 minutes....no charge. BTW, while we were there, no less than 4 other parties came in and out of the store picking up watches, so it was a non-stop stream of folks and these are folks walking in with pelican style cases, so they are probably enthusiasts watch collectors. The owner was so helpful and genuine, we started talking about my Tag Heuer, this man knows his stuff. read more

I drove from Culver's city to this repair shop because I was being quoted a ridiculous amount to change the battery on my two citizens watches. Not only did they replace the battery on one of my watches they explained I had an eco drive watch that just needed to be exposed to light. No one else told me that. The shop has cool antiques, I was attended to beginning to end even if other customers came in, they patient waited their turn. I would recommend this place 100%. read more

This person worked on my Rolex a few years ago. He did not return the extra Rolex links to me when he fit the watch to my wrist. I at that time did not know how much the links were worth. I found out a vintage Rolex link is worth $300 to $400. When I went back here a few years later, he denied ever working on my watch and told me he never works on Rolex watches. I feel so upset from him stealing from me. This is supposed to be a family heirloom that I want to pass down to my son. I feel like I was taken advantage of, lied to, and have something important stolen from me. I hope this guy sleeps well at night knowing he is a thief. read more

YELP 100 CHALLENGE 2017 - PART 3: 11/100 This isn't my first run here and I remember receiving great service from the last few visits, albeit few and far between. It was time for another stop. 4:26pm. I rang the bell, the door buzzed, I walked in. (I didn't catch his name, but...) He was finishing up with another customer. Then he turned to me and ask how he could help me, so I told him it was a simple battery replacement. While working on my watch, I asked if he does watch restorations as I recently found an heirloom that needs some work. He said he'll need to see it to make his assessments. 4 minutes later, "That'll be $10." He even adjusted the watch to the correct time. Walked out at 4:30pm. I've been here enough times to affirm service is consistent. Definitely my go-to for watch battery replacements! And definitely coming back to get that heirloom looked at.
