-MR. DISAPPOINTMENT- A no-call, no-show for the initial quote appointment. A first impression I should have took as a warning instead of calling them back. 9/1/20- Master bathroom floor tile, countertop replacement with new sinks, baseboards, shower demo/tile installation, using supplied trim/faucets. -Quoted 5 days to complete all work - ended up taking 3 weeks; Workers showed up at random, if they even showed up at all. Communication was mostly non-existent. My calls and texts ignored. When I did get to talk to someone, I got excuses. The floor tile and baseboards turned out great but they cracked my toilet, glued it back together and said nothing. Also, a paver went missing from my dog door entrance (which is right next to where they were working). When I brought these up, they did pay for the toilet but told me I was crazy about the missing paver. 5/31/21- A water leak was forming underneath the shower tile, coming out of the grout near the outside base where it meets the floor tile. He was out of town when I called him about it. It took weeks and so many calls to finally get him to come look at it. When he saw it in person he tried blame it on the glass installation but I was able to prove that it was coming through the tile. He reluctantly agreed to come back the next week to fix it but no-called, no-showed. -After calling and texting and getting ignored, frustrated, I applied silicone sealer to the entire inside of the shower tile thinking this would fix the problem. I thought I did, because the leak stopped from this spot. I was thinking life was good... 1/17/23- I noticed my drain sounded like it was going a little slow for the past few months so I decided to check it out. When I went to look, there were long tree roots growing into my drain from in-between the shower floor tile and drain flange. I found water damage on the opposite wall with roots growing underneath the carpet/baseboards. I didn't see this until now because I have furniture in this area. At first, I thought maybe the roots found their way in by sheer will, but the waterproofing has to be compromised somehow. I was willing to give Mr. Tile the benefit of the doubt, maybe the roots played a part in damaging something. I went with a licensed and insured company to do the work, they said that at least the floor and first layer of wall tiles would have to be demoed to redo the waterproofing. -I would need matching replacement tile so I went back into Mr. Tile's shop to get some. I asked him were he's been. He must have "forgotten" to come fix my leak. Unfortunately, the tile I needed was unavailable. He was nice enough to give me some free tile that matched my bathroom floor (I ended up not using this), but now I feel like maybe he just wanted me out of his hair. 3/14/23- Demo begins - revealing loose backers, missing backers, tiles are able to be removed by hand because of the hilariously poor application of the thin set. Large holes/gaps where water got in. The photos speak for themselves, there was clearly a problem with installation and this was NOT done right or by someone with experience. -I immediately sent a text bringing this to Mr. Tile's attention, demanding he make this right. It's now almost May and I have yet to receive a response. I ended up having to redo the entire shower/tub tile and the glass enclosure. Don't trust someone who doesn't stand behind their work. It cost me thousands for making that mistake. read more

She helped me make an informed decision on other tile and flooring i needed. I provided pictures and dimensions of the DIY bathroom demo. She put together a quote for all materials required and per my request she added installation labor. It was easy to work with Vladimir in the tile layout and I'm very pleased with his attention to detail in setting the 12x24 wall tiles level. He took care in covering my new tub and the pathway in and out of house. There was good communication with the schedule as the job progressed. We just bought a house; almost 2500 square feet and were having all the flooring replaced with the same tile. A big job! We got recommendations from several people and met with 3 different contractors. Mr Tile's location was pretty far from our Henderson home, in an unassuming building. But we loved the recommendations we'd gotten, the very precise explanation given to us by Jimmy of all the details involved, and the pricing was very, very fair. We had a 2-week timeframe get the job done and they did it in 11 days. Wonderful, wonderful job. Removed about 2000 sq ft of tile, installed large format (24 x 48) tiles and new baseboard. Just bought a house and went with Mr tile because Jimmy seemed nice which he is but that doesn't make it okay with what happened to us. None of his workers speak English and he doesn't do a good job of telling them what work needs to be done. I had beautiful pink marble floors in my downstairs bathroom. One of his workers asked if it was getting demoed and I said no. I told him I like that floor and I didn't pay for it to be done. He demoed it anyway! Jimmy tried to say we had water damage and he was doing us a "favor" and suggested to put the luxury vinyl in the bathroom to replace expensive marble! I had to call back and say that was not going to happen. He told us to go to his store and pick out a replacement that he would cover. He only had cheap porcelain options to show us! I went from nice marble to cheap porcelain because HE didn't want to replace what was broken and told us he couldn't "find" enough to replace it. In that bathroom apparently there was a small crack on the mirror which his guy made the entire mirror crack in half by moving the sink back to it which ofcourse he won't replace because it was slightly damaged beforehand according to him. It wouldn't have been more damaged if your moron workers didn't demo that bathroom! Also to add I came home during their working time and caught them all drinking beer in my garage for all my neighbors to see! So disrespectful which ofcourse they lied to him saying they drank when they were done for the day. It was 3pm which he told me they work til 5 everyday which is also a lie. Being done changes what exactly?! You don't drink at someone else's home on or off the clock! Jimmy told me not to be worried about all the dust from the work being done that it would be cleaned up which it wasn't and they left caulking containers laying around and dust everywhere! I have to hire a cleaner to get rid of everything that he swore would be cleaned up. I should have went with this other company that wanted to match his price. But I thought he was a "nice guy" so I stayed with him. I'm honestly upset the way things were handled. I miss my nice bathroom marble flooring. Was one of the things I loved about the house when I toured it and this company took that away from me! Go elsewhere for your work. read more

My husband and I went looking for tile to redo our bathrooms and this place was recommended to us we went to take a look on Friday and as soon as we walked in there was no one greeting us. There was a strange nasty smell my husband worked with lvmpd for over 30 years and he instantly noticed it smelled like methamphetamine. The woman that was there didn't seem interested in what we were asking her she wasn't much help at all and she looked drugged up, her face was really pale she was shaky and she was really out of it we left immediately this was really unprofessional and absolutely not acceptable we came to this place because it was so highly spoken of and there were many good reviews we will not be returning and we will be speaking to someone about this situation read more

I LOVE this place my entire house has been remodeled and I always use Mr.Tile for all of my materials. I have no idea what Barbara is talking about. There is no "strange smell" or whatever else. Also, the staff is extremely nice!! Again, it's one person usually in front maybe they were busy? But they always greet you and let you know they will be available with you shortly. Mr. Tile is a family owned company and I love to support them. They offer extremely reasonable low prices for very good material. People always look for what will be the cheapest but sometimes the materials aren't great and it shows. With Mr. Tile they offer good prices and the quality is amazing. I have used porcelain forest cherry "wood" tile look and people can't tell the difference until they actually touch my floors. It's super easy to clean it's absorbed well and it looks great. I will do all my home projects here. The next thing I want to do is granite counter tops and they have already taken the time to show me different designs and ideas. They are also honest people. I one time have them a quote for something else and they told me that the other company had a better quote , but they would work something out for me to help me since I liked them better. I recently hired Mr. Tile, Inc. to put new flooring in my home. I had them come in and tear out the old tile and carpet. They put in the tile first then came back to put down the carpet. The entire process took about 3 days for the tile and 4 days for the carpet and all new molding including the molding being painted. They showed up as scheduled and had a crew that worked harder than any workmen or repairmen I have ever seen. After the job was complete the house looked like a new home. They did an excellent job.
