Amazing. So many sauces and large, generous portions. Hot oil was amazing. Customer service was excellent.

Food was so yummy here! It's my family go to spot for sushi and Japanese spot. That says a lot…read morebecause they lived in Okinawa for 3 years! So many options and all fresh! We went for lunch and seemed to have beat the lunch rush! They even had a pleasant surprise for the birthday girl. If you go and are celebrating a birthday be sure to let your server know! The service was friendly! We will return when visiting the area again

Well, there is nothing quite like having your first sushi experience after Japan be at a revolving…read moresushi place in a strip mall in San Antonio! But hey, this is what the birthday girl wanted, so this is what she got. We came here after a full day at Six Flags, starving, and hunger definitely made for the best sauce. One thing we have to say about Wild Goji that is A+++: they have Hitachino yuzu ON DRAFT!! Hitachino is one of our favorite breweries, and we had tried this version when we are in Japan, and could not believe our luck finding it here! It's worth the price of admission alone. As for the food, well, it is what it is. Honestly, it's not terrible, but you can tell you're not getting the creme de la creme (unsurprisingly). We mostly stuck to tuna and salmon, but we did appreciate their spicy garlic edamame (not spicy at all) and their spicy seaweed salad (slightly spicy). We ordered tempura that we had to send back because the sweet potato wasn't fully cooked. Some of the dishes on the conveyer belt definitely looked unappetizing (like the omelet roll) and since we were towards the middle-end of the restaurant, we had to wait a while for food to come our way. Service is minimal, but the atmosphere is boisterous because these kinds of places are fun. We were smart to make a quick reservation on our way from Six Flags because the place was slammed by the time that we left. Three stars, but it'll remain a fond memory celebrating our daughter's 9th birthday.

No waiting, plenty of seating. Very pleasant waitress. Food was brought out nice and fresh…read more Appetizers, of Shrimp Tempura, Butterfly Shrimp, and Squid Salad were savory and perfectly seasoned. The Oishi Soup was interestingly tasty. Great flavors. The Oishi Sushi Roll definitely offered very crunchy on the outside, moist on the inside and just the right amount of spice. Our party enjoyed the seating with beautiful artwork, parasols hanging from the ceiling and just the Asian flare. Also the drinks, the Pink Sweet, Yuzu jasmine Tea, and the mango slush was delicious.

FIRST TIME ORDER! I…read moreordered delivery through GrubHub as I didn't want to leave the office for lunch but was hungry. You know what I'm talking about. Super lazy and the thought of going outside with the high pollen count and brisk winds of winter, no thanks. Meet me here, please. Found this place with some promo deals for delivery and thought, why not?! Ordered a tonkotsu ramen with pork chashu (naturally) and went with their traditional toppings for this bowl. Also decided on an iced tea beverage to top it off. Ordering and paying on the GrubHub app is amazing, btw. Highly recommend going this route when you're feeling like Gudetama even on his best day. iykyk. The menu had quite a variety of lunch and dinner items and was excited to see Japanese curry and aburaage as an ingredient. Cheeechoooo! Wonder if they have inari sushi?! My favorite childhood treat! The noodles could not be changed out for a different kind as far as I could figure out on the app. Maybe you can, I'm the least tech-y person I know. I'm old, what can one expect? The thin noodles are not my favorite as I like a basic curly wheat noodle and the one in my bowl seemed more like the thin, pale colored and straight noodle. Not a fun texture for me. I googled the different noodles and I compared it closely to the "Cutter Size #26". Whatever that means. Moving on. The soup base was very salty to me. But remember, I'm super sensitive to the taste of salt and if it's too salty for me, it may be perfect for you. Just sayin'. Loved the toppings: bamboo shoots- cut thick and delicious, fresh spinach, kamaboko (fish cake slices)- sliced thin, cute flower shape, sweetened aburaage (fried tofu slices) maybe a little too sweet for this savory soup, corn kernels and thinly sliced chashu- cut way too thin. Pork chashu (pork belly) should be juicy and melt in your mouth. I didn't love the flavor or the texture of the meat. Also, here's a biggie: there was no egg. At all. Completely absent. It was on the menu, though, so that hurt me deep in tha feels. The portion was fine to me, but may be too small for some with large appetites, so keep that in mind. My tea drink was packaged nicely in a cup and lid made of thicker plastic. The lid has a cute heart shaped stopper to block off the sipping spout in case you opt to pop that boba sized straw in there! For delivery they also packaged in a clear, thick plastic bag so all in all, this drink was secure. The taste is strong Jasmine, bitter so it may have been oversteeped, very sweet with the passion fruit syrup and a little jolting. I may not sleep tonight, y'all. Over all, my lunch was ok. Not even close to my "favorite ramen ever" but it did its job in a pinch and this beggar was not tryna be choosey. I do not see inari sushi on the menu, but man with that sweet aburaage they got goin' on, they are halfway there to an awesome appetizer!
