I had to physically go to their office, as I was not getting a call back after leaving numerous messages about their mistake. Always double check what they are trying to charge you for. While they were in the house, he noticed my hot water heater was starting to leak. I was able to go through my home warranty to get it replaced (although they choose the plumber on that and it wasn't Witt.) K-T had their technicians at my house within a couple of days. They arrived on a Thursday at 11:00 AM and by 4:00 PM my house was cooling down nicely. The technicians were knowledgeable and very polite, especially given my barrage of questions. I could not be happier with my new Trane air conditioner.
