Made up story about bending machine not working and new one ordered and it would take 4 weeks to get. Was told later that was a lie. Finally got the rest of our $$ back that we'd paid down and are having someone else do the siding and other things. Was a $52,000 job with our small dwelling. Instead did other's roofs and put us off having lied to us. We had been put off a whole year or more. Once they did the work I believe it was a good job but being lied to and not answering their phones was something we couldn't tolerate anymore. We will never have them do work for us again although they did do a good job on our roof after waiting a year and half for that. Nobody likes being lied to thus we're giving an honest report.

I would like to start off by saying that we were very happy with the work done, the employees who…read moredid the work were quick and efficient. We however ended up with a different rep who's name is Hunter after our previous guy Shane had left the company. It was a great fit at first, he would communicate quickly, also helped fight our insurance company and won. As much as we appreciated all the hard work it was in the end we realized we had made a big mistake in hiring this company. When Hunter had went over numbers with my husband and I we were told that after replacing the roof on our home and 2 garages, painting which we bought and did ourselves, and replacing our A.C unit we would be GETTING back around 2,000 for labor and we would not owe anything out of pocket. with that we went ahead and had the work done. Once the work was done we were satisfied and told Hunter we were happy and waited for the check from insurance to pay them. Once that came in we were blindsided with being told we would still owe $3,800. Not only were we confused by this amount but we then got threatening calls from their legal dept, a man named Jacob demanding payment in full right away or they will take us to court. He used intimidation tactics to scare us into agreeing to these charges. I would like to mention this is our first time dealing with a roofing company. He is rude, unprofessional and zero customer service skills. When I questioned the charges he got even more enraged and threatening in his emails to me. When I messaged Hunter asking about these charges after what we discussed verbally I was ignored and later emailed again in a threatening manner by Jacob telling me " not to circumvent his authority". We live in a small town and actually got their information from a neighbor who also went through them and shared the same awful experience. The wife of said neighbor ended up having to hang up on Jacob due to how rude and hostile he was on the phone. We also found out this family ended owing the exact amount ($3,800) we did after also being told they would owe nothing out of pocket! We will NEVER go through this company again and just want to warn anyone else, always have it in writing and never trust a company has your best interest at heart. We definitely learned our lesson. This company AND Jacob needs turned in. This is horrible and disgusting behavior and business.

My 93 year old mother was completely ignored by Adam Barrientez. He contracted for several jobs and was partially paid after completing only one. He then proceeded to ignore my mother's phone calls, and if she was actually able to talk to him he got hostile with her and still did not do the work he contracted. I told my mother I would help her out, and so I called Adam Barrientez Restorations. He was just the nicest guy! He told he that my mom was at the top of his list and he was going to head over there later today. Well he told me that same thing on more than four different phone calls over the span of about 2 months. I work very hard at my ability of dealing with morons, because my tolerance level is extremely low. Being excessively protective by nature and being a two war veteran, I don't handle people walking on other people with the most jovial outlook. I have a rather sharp viewpoint of those who would take advantage of an elderly widow. I'm very glad this issue was resolved when it was, because I live so far away that by the time I drove the 12 hours to get there the conversation I would have had with Mr. Barrientez would not have been the kindest one I've ever had.

He was contracted with my mother to complete re-roofing, gutters, and 2 broken window, due to storm damage. The contract was implemented in June 2022, and the majority of the cost was paid at that time. Roofing was completed in October. Windows and gutters were never replaced. Homeowner was repeatedly assured that the work work be completed, but never was. He was hostile on the phone, when homeowner would call regarding no-show appointments to begin or complete the work. We will never recommend this business to anyone, the unprofessional and disrespectful attitude exhibited by the owner reflects no desire for repeat business.
