She quoted just the cutting of the trees down to just shy of $4,000. That didn't include haul away costs. Because my family and I were very resourceful (we had our own chainsaws, were willing to do it ourselves if needed and had the offer of help from a neighbor), we decided to cut the trees down on our own and save the $4;000. We cut them down with ease and disposed of the trees at our own dump site. Fast forward to the day I'm posting this (June 16). We cut the trees down, but still have all of our stumps in the ground as we simply didn't have time to grind out all the stumps. I texted Brandy asking if she would quote us on just the stump removal, and she replied at first saying it would be a two-month wait. I replied saying I would still like a quote if possible and she replied: "Maybe you should have hired me to do it all when I has time. Quality counts." The rest of our text conversation unfortunately got more and more unprofessional as it went on from Brandy's end. She even claimed that she knew we went with another service and paid them, which is 100% false. Again, we cut the trees down ourselves. Unfortunately because we didn't buy the "full package" from her, it looks like she's willing to be unprofessional and make you feel guilty for not choosing her. Again, pick any other service in town if you can. Being respectful and tactful should matter and doing the opposite like this instance should also have ramifications.

This company came to the MHC in Doniphan several days ago. At no point did they knock on doors and…read moresay they were in the yards. Simply began removing decorations and etc without notice. They did not tell people to stay in their homes or let them know that this dangerous work was going on until the giant truck pulled in a few inches from our house. When we walked outside to leave the house they told us to go back in. Bit late folks. The trimming was reasonable and for the most part well done, but while they did rope some of the branches, some of them fell and hit on top of the mobile homes. Multiple large thuds and etc. Two of them had leaks ( coincidentally with pieces of wood impaled in the holes) that had to be repaired--from branches that fell.. Emails and messages have gone unanswered several days later. Follow through is a good thing when you are in any business. you don't just ghost people if there's a problem.

But, they send 2 men over for 4-5 hours a day, leaving large branches in my yard for weeks now, killing my grass. Then, while removing a large branch, they dropped it on my house, which went through the roof and into our living room, which could have killed someone sitting on our couch. To make things worse, they have refused to take our calls and respond to us. Our simple requests have been to please acknowledge us and help get the remaining branches out of the yard. No answer! They didn't call a roofing company to tarp the roof and instead chose to do it themselves, in which they missed several big holes resulting in ruining our floor in the living room due to the water coming in. To give them a 1 star is an overreach. They tried to say it was because the tree branch was rotted, but the branch had chainsaw cuts into it. Why would you start cutting a large branch without securing it first? So, we are a month into this, no word from Branching Out. You would think the owner of the company, Jason, would at least call to check in on us. My wife and kids have spent multiple hours cleaning up the mess they left in our yard. Never do business with these people.
