They have better prices and quality of vapes are better compared to the other places!!!

I moved into the neighborhood recently and have been meaning to check this place out. I was quite disappointed with the prices and customer service. The person at the counter was rude, unwelcoming and disrespectful. He was completely ignoring me and chatting with another customer despite him already had been rung up. The guy behind the counter and a customer were talking about politics, mentioning how being republican is the way to go. This is quite unprofessional for the person behind the counter to engage in politics in front of other customers. I'm not sure if he believes being disrespectful and mean to the customers will win their business. I asked how much are the prices for raw cones and he said they were $3.50 and then ended up charging me $4.40. Keep in mind I paid in cash. I have never paid that much for a set of cones in my life. It seemed like the guy at the counter was making fun of me by asking me why I had a coat on when it's hot and had an upset look on his face. I tried making conversation and being friendly yet it seems like he took it as weakness, quite immature if you ask me. We were talking about taxes as I was hoping to pay less since I had paid in cash. I told him how being a single independent on taxes take up a huge portion of my income so I understand then, he proceeded to say what does filing as a single independent have to do with a business. It just seemed like he wanted to argue. I believe this person is in the wrong field of work because he has to work with all walks of life. Explains why the place is so empty and hardly any customers inside. This was so rude and standoffish, he reminds me of that one bully in high school who only got older. I attempted to make convo but it appeared like he wasn't having it, I'm not sure if it's because I'm of darker skin complexion. It seemed like my presence bothered him or if I owed him something. I will refrain from doing business with this establishment. Instead, I will look into other smoke shops around the area. Explains why it's just him and no one else, I don't believe anyone would want to put up with his treatment. Please save your time and money instead take your business else where. As a consumer always keep in mind you have the right to take your business elsewhere. Personally, I don't like to support business that treat their customers poorly. Please as a warning for your own mental well-being avoid this place at all costs. read more

I was just helped by two lads named Chris and Adam. They provide grade A service and assisted me right away, they make you feel welcomed and will help you with any questions or concerns. I had a hard time choosing products but they both genuinely helped me make the right selection. I would recommend this place to anyone searching for a good vape shop. They are also open late so if you work late, they will be open for your convenience. First time here and it won't be my last, will be making this my designated vape shop. If I can give 10 stars, I would. read more

Wish I could give zero stars. The worker was the rudest man I've ever encountered in my life. He has ZERO customer service... he yelled at me for speaking English with him! I'll never come back to this location. read more

VERY VERY nice man and younger guy working there....helpful, patient, a NICE amount of Vape equipment, nice amount of juices and fairly priced. I did find the VAPE equipment a bit high priced verses some other places I found, but I will definitely go back and see if I can find something else to my liking or maybe strike up a deal on the item I want ...No matter I will go back and buy batteries or juice because I want to help them AND HOW CAN you compete with them hours!!! WOW open til MIDNIGHT...yay. :) I only didn't do 5 stars due to the cost of what I wanted. read more

Cutest bongs/pipes/bubblers, great prices, nicest employee. I definitely recommend this place.

I knew the store had homophobic workers that don't wear masks but I really needed a vape pen and I live right by the store... I've never felt so intimidated in my life going into a store. My boyfriend and I were stared down and gossiped about. we definitely didn't fit in and did not feel welcome. I went in and they sold me a product that didn't work. It was a real hassle to get what I needed - I was very specific - puff/passionfruit-flavor - and they were definitely giving me a hard time trying to sell me the worst product on the market - those vape pens that don't sell - you know, that look like little wine bottles and light up in rainbow colors that are synthetic. I just wanted my puff! it was right in front of me behind the counter! All in all, I called the smoke shop on my way home and said the vape pen didn't work. they said I should have tried it in the shop! I said its illegal to smoke inside a store... What a waste of my money, dignity, and the establishment should tell EVERY customer to try their purchased products in-store before leaving if that's their policy and not discriminate. I've never been to a store where I felt so unwelcome. Nice job Mr. Smokes! read more

This smoke shop has the cheapest prices on everything I've ever seen. Even the red bulls are $2 tax included WTF! I alternate alot between cigarettes, hookah, and ecigs and they are now my one stop shop because they have it all! read more

Mr Smokes - Decisions, decisions - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Glendale, California

There are plenty of smoke shops in town so what you're ultimately looking for is competitive pricing, selection, and friendly customer service. You often get two out of three of those at best. Fortunately at Mr. Smokes you get all three. Most important to me is the "bedside manner" and how I'm treated as a customer. Keep up the good work. read more

I LOVE YOU GUYS SO MUCH. Not only are they a convenience store but also carry tobacco products. How much better do you wanna get? You can go in get anything from candies to household goods and an amazinggggg selection of tobacco products. Puff bars 13 bucks???? Amazing. Parking is amazing. Customer service is beyond perfect. I usually come at nights and the girls are always upbeat and happy to help anyone. This place is just amazing and has a very nice future ahead. Mr Smokes is everyone's plug. Came in today and purchased a Peach Ice Puff Plus. Opened it once I got home and realized that it was fake. Once I opened the package and realized that the color of the device looked different. Thinking that maybe they could have changed the device up as they have in the past changed things like lettering and colors on exterior. So I went on Puff bars website to verify code on back and what do you know it. IT WAS FAKE. Please just save your time and money. read more

Mr. Smokes be the spot! Amazing customer service by Patrick!

If you know exactly what you are looking for give Mr. Smokes a shot. I myself knew what I was looking for but the elder gentlemen couldn't reassure me on my purchase. He just kept saying I don't know. I bought the item still, thank god I was correct. The quality was garbage tho, literally last an hour. read more

They've lost a customer. I've bought several batteries here with no problem. I found one I consider my favorite and all of a sudden it stopped charging or working, despite the button still lighting up. The guy working today was nice enough but would not exchange my battery for a new one even though I had receipt, everything including box. He even tried it and could see it didn't work. He said the owner was the only person who could replace it or it would come out of his pay check. The owner isn't back til Monday. I work during the week. This is just bad business when there are so many smoke shops around. On to the next one! read more

Super clean shop! Everything displayed nicely. Good prices. As the other reviews say they have just about everything you need to smoke. Only four stars because I've only gone once so far and the Yelp page says 10% off purchase when you check in but this was not true. Just FYI. But it's not a big deal I'll still be going back. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a good clean shop. Good staff. The owner was a cool guy. Very friendly read more

Really nice smoke shop! Impressed with the selection these guys have for being a new shop. Was driving down chevy chase and noticed the smoke shop in a shopping center, stopped by to buy a pack of cigarette and quick became 20 min long session of just looking through their inventory. Got a great deal on vaporizer I've been debating to get. Definitely one of, if not the best smoke shop I've ever visited. Recommend this place to anyone that's in the area. read more
