He came out twice, once to supposedly diagnose the problem, which I already told him what the issue was, but he ignored. Second time he came out to repair, was rude, started digging a hole to find the valve, only saw two valves of the 3 valves in the box. The third valve being the one that was the problem. Refused to look for it, and was going to terminate a incorrect zone. When I told him this, he just angerly left the site with the hole still dug out. I would not recommend Dave do any of your repairs.

The second part was the installation of a garden in the front yard. It included taking up the grass and then installing grasses and pollinator friendly plants along with ground cover. I provided pictures of what I wanted, when I asked for a drawing he said, "I know what you want". My bad was trusting that. On the day of the install, the crew came early , I was not home and no one texted me. Garrett the owner said he would be there to supervise and he was not present and never showed up. When I got home, (at the designated time) 1/2 of it had been installed and the design was not what I had sent. When I called Garrett, he was defensive and not at all concerned with my satisfaction. After the installation was complete we had a longer conversation and he was rude and accusatory., he even laughed at me while i was talking. I have never been treated like that by any contractor and I am 71 years old. I was shocked by his behavior and lack of professionalism . I waited to see how the garden did after our mild winter and 20 of the 70 plants did not come back. I talked to his assistant who came and looked at it and said to wait and see what happened and after a few weeks a few of the grasses returned. He said he would come to look at it, called him several times, he never returned my calls and finally I told him the number that did not return and he paid me , reimbursing me at a wholesale amount. I hesitated writing an "honest" review because I liked their crew a lot but as I was planning on next steps I realize I would be needing to fill in approximately 1/3 of the front if the job was done correctly. More money and a lot of frustration.

The scheduling and invoicing team was frankly a nightmare to work with. They would say they would do something (like send me an estimate) and then I would never hear back. They would tell me what day they planned to work on the yard and never show up (this happened 3 times). Finally I said I was canceling the charge and lo and behold they showed up the next day. They failed to send me care instructions until the day after the sod was installed (the first instruction was highlighting how important it was to overwater on the day it was installed, so you can see how this is a problem). Of course, when it came time to collecting payment, suddenly they were on top of things and found time to call and email me. Find somewhere else to take your business that cares about its customers.
