well, i called them for a quote. they gave me 3 choices. i picked one by emailing on the same…read morestring as the quote. i got no response. a week later i emailed again getting no response so i finally had to call and leave a vm. a day later i got a call back. they sent me an invoice for the deposit. i paid it a week later by sending them a check. they cashed the check...i saw it cleared. a week later i got another demand for the payment. i called jon again and gave him the payment info. he said he could not find the payment and yet i did pay it. i have gotten the same demand for payment every couple of weeks since. now, the installation day. they were in and out very quickly and did do a good job from what i can tell. they configured the system and all and that was great. a few days later i got a invoice for the final bill. the amount was not what was agreed on the estimate. i was busy so it took me a week or so to get back. when i did i found out they didnt install the system i wanted. they installed the system they decided...well, at least they didnt install less and charge me for more. at least they admitted it. so now, on the call he said he wanted me to pay for it when they were here and further, jon said i did not pay him the deposit again so i told him the same info. i was VERY CLEAR with jon about my expectations that i get an accurate invoice, then i pay it by check. now he was telling me i needed to pay on when they came out to fix their fuck up. and that is the really interesting part, that they messed this up and was demanding ANYTHING from me. so, they finally came out to fix their installation mistake. after, EVEN AFTER I WAS CLEAR THAT I GET AN INVOICE THEN I PAY, jon clearly told his son to stay on my property until i pay. while i was in meetings, i got relentless calls from jon as if i needed to be at his beck and call EVEN AFTER I TOLD HIS DAMN SON I WAS IN A MEETING and could not talk right now. as jon had pretty much messed this up in every way he could, i clearly told jon that after i received the damn invoice, i would make the payment. i did at this point i asked jon take a bit of money off the price and he did to his credit and they did make things good finally but just complete incompetence on the business side and what was his son going to do, i have no idea but the implication was clear, he was to stay for the payment as if i did something wrong...they f-ed this up the entire way and acted as if nothing was wrong. i doubt i will find a reason to use them again. it was comical how bad they messed this up and demanded things of me. i root for small businesses and know how hard things are but they dropped the ball here and tried to make me pay for it. **update - I need to mention that jon did take a bit off the price but only after I forced it and everything did get installed correctly and set-up for me and is working great.

This added $606 to the bill. They were prompt and professional. The system works great now. It only took them (2 men) 3 hours to do everything! they make it impossible to separate their labor rate from parts and supplies. my $1650 invoice for 3 hours work was difficult to take, But they were very good at their work and very efficient also. My system works like it should again, proving the adage You get what you pay for!
