When I say customer service i mean this driver went out of his way to make sure my crew was safe. He could not tow my truck because it was a heavy equipment, but he called someone that could, set it up and all. Then i had three men in my truck so the other driver could take them do to room. But Chris went out picked up my crew, took them water, stop to get snacks and soda, and stopped to get food. took them to the hotel and made sure they got a room. Frank was very careful in loading and securing our car onto his truck. Frank acted in a very considerate manner about our concerns of having our car towed and he was knowledgeable about properly anchoring the straps to the chassis.
