Worst service ever! I have had 3 different services all beat the socks off of this company. They are lazy leave branches all over my neighbors yard when they are done. I asked a price for a hedge trim in 2 months never got a quote. Stay away from this company save yourself some grief. Poor business attitude, rude to customers. This pathetic excuse of a company did not even venture to inform us that our grass was dry from a broken sprinkler system that I strongly feel they broke (They also broke our pathway lights) as a result our grass died and we now have to pay to have it re sodded, They have 2 levels of "Service" one where they just cut the grass and the other where they cut the grass and hedges we paid for the upper "Service" and had to beg them to trim the hedges, & they never pulled weeds or picked up yard trash. This "Company" SIMPLY DOES NOT DESERVE TO GET A SECOND LOOK WHEN THINKING OF HIRING A YARD SERVICE!!! I am dead serious about this, and will be talking to our attorneys for redress. Terrible customer service after 6 years I've had to cancel my contract My grass is almost gone nothing but weeds left on septic drain, field side yards are bare only weeds growing. I called every week for two months but, none would tell me the truth...that it would be 6 weeks before they would be out ... Just kept putting me off saying end of next week ...Very soon ..We are on schedule....So today I pressed the office for an exact day said couldn't give me one ! So texted supervisor and was told he wouldn't spray my lawn when they were not in my area of town ! So they don't give a hoot about your lawn dying and won't come back when you have problems .... I hired Mr Mow It All last after we moved into WGV. In less than 3 months of hiring them, they had run their standing deck mowers into my home not once, twice but three times. The next week they ran their mower into my metal fence causing a great deal of damage. The next time I saw them, I asked to stop and get the owner to discuss all of the damages that had occurred AND to discuss the fact that they killed all of the grass in my backyard. After 10 calls and to this date, I have not heard one word from the owner and they never came back and send me a bill to which I would not pay and then they sent me to collection. I would not recommend them ever. When you own a business returning phone calls and fixing what you have destroyed is the best way to do business. They do not understand this at all. read more

Office staff is pleasant to deal with, and that is far as it goes. I live in a community which uses them for our ground maintenance. They have destroyed my small back lawn twice speeding through with over sized mowers and cutting the lawn too short. I hired my own gardner, notified Mr Mower It All to not mow my yard, and put up numerous red flags to remind them. Twice they have run over the markers! Requests to speak to the owner or supervisor of the crew have gone unanswered. They are unprofessional, uncaring, and their services are sub par to say the least. The extra expense of replacing sod and paying for a gardner has been worth. Just wish Mr Mow It All would heed all requests to not mow, and have the decency to return a call. read more

Terrible customer service. Lucky if you ever get a call back. Constant turn over on his crews so work isn't consistent. He is a nice man with too much to handle. Find someone that needs the work, so they put effort into your property. read more

I said because no one is perfect. Shannon who takes the phone has always been very professional and very customer friendly. The crew has done a nice job on my lawn and I am very satisfied with there work. I have on of the nicest lawns in my community thanks to them. I would and have highly recommended them. Terrible experience with this company. I called in March regarding new landscape service, clean up, weekly maintenance and new landscape design. Was told there was a 2-3 week lead time, it's almost 3 months and I still have NO landscape, no mulch, no flowers, nothing. They managed to put me on their weekly mowing list, so they could get their mtce. $$$. They do NOT return phone calls either. I fired and am moving on. VERY disappointed! read more

Never use this company. I hired them to take care of my St. Augustine rental property and 11 months later when I get back to Florida the lawn looks like crap worse than when I had my tenants take care of the property. At least when the tenants took care of it the lawn was just weedy and not dead. I met with the owner to talk about him repairing the lawn he just wanted to charge me more money so I will see him in small claims court. read more

Three years ago MrMowItAll was a great company. Jason, the owner, would personally make sure my yard was being maintained properly and respond quickly to any questions or problems. Unfortunately, the business grew too large too quickly and deteriorated to the point that my calls were ignored and emails not returned. My beautiful yard is now a mass of weeds and bare spots and when I finally managed to reach Jason on his cell phone with my complaints, he told me to find a new lawn service. So I did. In my opinion, so should anyone who is considering hiring them. read more

Yes... There are two sides to every story. When we called to speak to the owner of Mr Mow It All, he was short & not willing to talk to us after discussing our yard with our nieghbor... (Which he says did not happen)Our yard was being watered more than 2 times a week. In fact, the ONE time the owner came, he adjusted our sprinklers & said they would adjust as needed each time they came out. HE ONLY CAME ONE TIME TO ADJUST THE SPRINKLERS & that was when our initial quote was given. Our yard has only been cut one time but that is because it does not need to be cut. We were told the weeds would be gone. That seems to be all that is growing even after it was treated by this company. Experience is good only if the service provided is good & everyone works together. That is pretty hard to do if you are all talk and no action. We would have been very willing to adjust our sprinklers if advised to do so but we never even got a knock on the door to let us know when (if) anyone came to provide service. read more
