I had not heard from the company that day or the day before to confirm so when 4 o'clock arrived I texted them and sure enough they said, "Yes ma'am we'll be there soon. Our job is running a little bit longer than expected." They ended up arriving at around 4:30 ish and the job took them 15 minutes. Brandon knew what he was doing.I had a leaking 3/4 horsepower garbage disposal under the sink and that's what they replaced. With a different brand (Badger) and not the original Moen but that's how warranty repairs work - that's no mark on them. And, I was very pleased they installed another 3/4 and not a 1/2 hp. I Googled all about this and a replacement job could've taken 1 hour. They were in and out in 15 minutes with no mess. I was sooooo grateful.

DON'T DRINK the "GREEN" KOOLAID!!!!!!!!!! I have a top of…read morethe line ClimateMaster that was installed a few years ago. Paid a hefty price tag to be "green" $30k! The unit has mold inside and outside of it. A mold test was performed independently which I paid for, and the technician recommended replacing the unit because he couldn't say he would be sure he could clean it all out. I called several times over the years to have them come to do preventative maintenance on the unit and they were always too busy with other customers. Seems to me they install and then leave the customer to navigate how to get a qualified HVAC tech out to do simple preventative maintenance. According to them the mold is normal and it's my attic that is causing the issue. Seems strange to me if the attic was fine enough to install the unit then they are just blowing sun where the sun doesn't shine. They have been no help to me ever. And since I am outside of the 5 year installation warranty I am basically stuck with a contaminated unit and trying to figure out how to replace this worthless $30k unit. The amount of money I paid for this is equivalent to a new car I am completely and utterly stuck with picking up their pieces. So far I learned that with a foam insulated home I needed to have some components installed to help prevent too much moisture from accumulating. Personally I think these units have a manufacturing defect. Why on earth would I want to fork out more money to supplement geothermal. Insurance won't cover this, and the installers won't have anything more to do with it, so I am up creek without a paddle. No more am I drinking the "green" koolaid I am going back to traditional and taking a second mortgage out to help pay for this. Run for the hills from this company because all they will do is leave you in the dust.

Another job we called him for was removing and replacing a toilet flange another company messed up. He quickly diagnosed the problem and even helped us make a video so we could send it to the company explaining what they messed up. The other company ended up giving us all of our money back without a fight. There is no one I would recommend more for plumbing challenges than Tate Plumbing. Tate takes the cake.

When I called to request an assessment of the water heater problem, the response was quick and the plumber came out that afternoon. I was skeptical at first because I thought it would be an easy fix. Instead he advised the water heater was cracked and would need to be replaced. It was a big expense for me and I'm a senior, but the repair cost was very reasonable. His calm personality and eye contact assured me that he was trustworthy and would not take advantage of his opportunity to provide the service. After the installation, he showed me the old water heater and the damage to it. I guarantee, you won't find better service in Oklahoma City. It was indeed trusted, knowledgeable expertise and quality work. I'll continue to use Western Plumbing for follow-up maintenance and will always refer this small but reliable plumbing business to friends, family and others.
