Beat three estimates at local repair shops by plenty and I grilled steaks while he was at my house. Super nice guy. As mentioned by others, also appears to be very honest. I was told at an inspection that my brakes and rotors needed replacing. I made an appointment with Brake Time and his inspection identified rotors in great shape and 20,000 miles left on pads. My car has 160k miles (and will not likely need another brake change in the future) and I appreciated his honesty, so I had him change the pads anyway. Needless to say my brakes are working perfectly.

K&K then did a great job of repairing all the damage. The car looks better than ever. I love doing business with honest local shops that do good work. Just to preface... I did NOT receive services from this business…read more I reached out via the yelp quote thingy. I was told to call the shop to set up an appointment for an estimate. Well, I did. I told the woman that answered the phone that I was told to call about scheduling an appointment for that estimate but I live in Hagerstown and didn't really want to drive two hours round trip just for an estimate; I inquired if I could possibly send pictures and such, and she said quickly and firmly that they didn't work with any type of pictures. There was no double checking or anything like it was HER place of business and she was the owner. Ok. That's cool if that's your prerogative. So I responded to the person I was communicating with via yelp and let him know that drive wasn't on the bingo card. He told me to send pictures and such. However, front desk Karen had already left a nasty taste in my mouth and the whip lash I received from the two different communications should get me an insurance check. I gave them the second star because the internet person made an attempt at customer service.

First time I've used Waterloo services. A deer hit my son's car. Right passenger side quarter panel…read morewas damaged. Poked though the wiper fluid container. Hit so hard it crumpled the hood a bit and passenger door wouldn't open. Not happy time at my house. We called Geico and they took care of it. We chose Waterloo Motors as it's right in town plus Geico agent knew them as well, which i felt was good. I owed the deductible and another $175 for labor fees that Geico didn't quite cover. Seems Waterloo Motors service is a bit higher on the labor. But people need to be paid for their service and mechanics are in need. They did a great job on my son's car. They had good communication and we're happy to have the car back. It does look nice. They did a good job.

Than gave me a funny look and said "we go by the book here" ...??? Like what? He knew that was ridiculous and probably instantly remembered the year before they passed my old car which externally was in far worst ship including both headlights cracked from some dummy loosing trash out of his pickup while flying down the highway. To top it off quoted a replacement at $7000. When I looked after that I couldn't find one for $7000 but only the most expensive still $4000 less than that and the only replacements I could find was the entire light assembly at that. Still expensive but 7000 naw not buyin it and regardless I still wouldn't even spend 1000 on a plastic light cover. I spoke to several other businesses that has not seen it themselves at that time but said if it's how I described it than waterloo is just being ridiculous for no reason. In saying all that they won't be getting my business again.
