I had recently brought my VW golf R in for diagnostics as my check engine light was on. Keans auto…read morewas great to get my vehicle in on short notice however, they are incredibly overpriced. I was honestly shocked to be charged over $400 for diagnostics, I have never paid that much, even having brought it to the Volkswagen Dealership in the past for diagnostics. I also recently requested a quote for my brakes as I require these to be changed and was provided a highly inflated quote of $3,240.90. (That doesn't even include new calipers) I have since received a much more reasonable quote elsewhere and do not intend on bringing my business back as in my opinion these prices are excessive. I'll be bringing my vehicle to a well reputable shop and will be saving $1000 compared to their quote they provided. Positive things to say about the shop, friendly customer service and that's really it. Advice to anyone choosing to come here, be prepared to pay unreasonably high prices.
