I called Richard he said come on by. No appointment. I dropped in and the tech came right out and in a few minutes he had the damaged plug out and the new in and I was on my way. I had an appoint 5 weeks from now at a dealer and another local dealer wouldn't even answer their phone. These guys are the best. Won't deal with anyone else. They charge half of what a dealer charges for the same service. I'm a fairly knowledgeable car owner, and I've never felt that I was being pushed to use anything I didn't really need. I like that I can actually see what they're doing and make decisions on the spot, rather than leaving my vehicle somewhere and not knowing what was really done or how long it really took.
