Unfortunately, the contractor who installed it was incompetent and damaged the lock. I was able to order replacement parts, but the contractor still could not get the lock working right. We reached the point where we did not trust the contractor to keep trying, worried that he would damage the door. I called Lake Area Safe & Lock Tuesday mid-afternoon, expecting to wait a few days for the actual service call. They called Wednesday, and Jeff showed up by mid-morning. Jeff obviously knew what he was doing. He was able to immediately troubleshoot the problem and get the lock working in short order. The charge for the service was very reasonable. Jeff was very personable, and a credit to the company. Definitely a Five-Star job all around!

My sister recommended this company and they quoted me $65 for all in town towing. Fantastic!! He showed up within twenty minutes! Even better! He then happily offered me a ride to the Automotive Repair shop and was very friendly and could tell was passionate about his job! Humble guy who's been driving for over eight years in total and was extremely careful and comfortable at the wheel. I HIGHLY recommend this company! And let the man who stole the truck come back and get all his belongings out of the truck. I wish they knew how it felt to have this done to them the way the did us.

I called Eagles Team Towing, and they were upfront about the cost before anyone was even dispatched, which I appreciated right away. The technician showed up, tested the existing battery on site rather than just assuming it needed replacing, confirmed it was done, and swapped it out with a compatible unit. Terminals were connected cleanly, and he ran a quick inspection on the charging system before wrapping up. The total matched exactly what I had been told on the phone. Straightforward visit, no pressure, no surprise charges, just the job done right.
