Mr. Lin's Kitchen is a casual Chinese restaurant located across from Lakeway Elementary. Formerly Mr. Lee's Kitchen (sold in 2020), Mr. Lin's Kitchen serves up mainly the standard Chinese food, plus Thai dishes. They offer lunch specials (until 3pm) and all day dinner combinations. Paying by card is slightly more than the cash prices on the menu. They offer takeout, online ordering, and full service dining in the cozy dining room with a few booths and tables.
While working in Littleton, I stopped by Mr. Lin's Kitchen for lunch takeout. I ordered from Mr. Lee's Kitchen several years ago before it got sold and became Mr. Lin's Kitchen. I ordered the L17 Shrimp Chow Mein with pork fried rice & egg roll ($10.50 plus tax) and added another appetizer (chicken fingers) for $3 plus tax. My order was all set in about 10 minutes. I enjoyed my lunch out in the work vehicle.
The food was very hot and the portions were good. The shrimp chow mein had a mix of sprouts, cabbage, celery, and small cleaned shrimp in a clear sauce. The golden fried rice had small pieces of roast pork, traces of peas, carrots & egg. The egg roll was filled with ground pork, cabbage mix & seasonings. The 3 deep fried chicken fingers were coated in a thick batter with tender white meat chicken and sweet & sour sauce for dipping. Crispy noodles and fortune cookie provided too.
Overall, the L17 chow mein lunch special was cooked hot & fresh and was filling too. The service was prompt and friendly. I would stop back at Mr. Lin's Kitchen to order another lunch special or dinner combination since the work site is very close by. read more
