Sent a Yelp message for pricing and got an answer within a half hour or hour (was a week ago, forgot exact time but it I didn't wait long). I was told the min charge, we exchanged a short amount of details (are there stairs, if they'd have to take it apart might be more $$, taxes included, time frames, etc.). Not only did I pay the exact price quoted (plus optional tip) with no hidden fees, they showed up at 2pm (time slot was for 1-4pm) and were out in 15 minutes. Courteous, quick, and professional on all points. Can't thank or recommend them enough! Cheaper than some others, too.

Completely unprofessional. Would never recommend. My husband asked for an estimate to which the…read morewoman on the phone replied that she wasn't sure of an exact price but could send someone out to look and give a proper estimate. My husband agreed to this and someone came and gave him the estimate. He kindly thanked him and said we would think about it since it was a bit more than he was expecting. With that, the extremely rude woman called my husband back yelling at him that she doesn't just "send her workers out for fun and to waste gas just to be turned down and expect something free." My husband tried to remain calm as the woman continued to yell and be completely unprofessional. He tried to kindly tell her that SHE agreed to send someone out just for an estimate. We were going to go with them for the job but after this completely rude and unprofessional call we quickly decided to give our business elsewhere and tell everyone we know to find another business to support. *Update in response to owner* We do not live in Newark NJ, but in a town over from your business in Hawthorne so we are not mistaken.

It wasn't an easy move! Their final price (based on # of trucks & helpers needed) was in line with what I've paid for other similar home-clearing jobs, too. He also was honest about what might / might not be able to be donated, which was refreshing. Interestingly, we were given their name by another NJ hauler that we've used in the past, and had an excellent experience with, but who didn't service this northern area. They must have a good rep in the junk-hauling community.
