His quote…read morecame in very competitive against three other bids I received, yet the quality of the materials and workmanship has been nothing short of outstanding. Installation kicked off right on schedule. Alex's crews showed up early each morning with smiles, set clear expectations for the day, and--my favorite part--left the site spotless every evening. No sawdust trails, no empty coffee cups, just tidy floors ready for the next day's work. The installers were polite and happy to answer my many questions about care and maintenance. A special shout-out to the team member who tackled the staircase: the precision on each tread and riser is next-level. Friends keep asking if the stairs were custom-built! The new baseboards tie everything together with crisp, clean lines that make the room feel finished and elevated. Bottom line: if you're hunting for competitive pricing without sacrificing craftsmanship or communication, call Aesthetic Flooring. I'm beyond thrilled with the transformation and can't stop staring at my beautiful new floors. I've added a few photos of the project in progress so you can see the crew's attention to detail for yourself. Highly, highly recommend!

Edit to add: After seeing my review, Alex reached out and apologized, and assured me that he and…read morehis team will fix the sinking board. I am glad this ended on a good note, since other than the communication issue, the floors look amazing, and his team worked hard and quickly. His team did leave floor finish stains on the baseboards and my kitchen quartz counter walls, so heads up, don't forget to ask them to use painters tape if you're getting your hardwood floors sanded and refinished. (Initial review) Initially when Alex first gets your business, they seem responsive and even tells me about how shoddy of a job the previous flooring people did in my home (fixed by previous owners). But the moment any small issues come up, Alex just ghosts his customers. In the video you can see the cracks happening under normal body weight. I really wanted to believe that at the very least he and his team will try to provide any rectification, even if it's just to come out again to check on the floor to see what else can be done, like I wouldn't even have mind paying an additional small fee for materials. Instead, since he has been fully paid, he won't even see the project to the end to make sure he delivers on quality work. I understand that things come up and he could be busy but the non-responsiveness for two weeks is clear.

My family has been coming here for ages, and it's a reliable option. I choose the beautiful "Tokyo" style waterproof laminate flooring. All their flooring was reasonably priced in my opinion. The staff was very helpful, helping me navigate through the various options that ultimately led to an easy decision on which flooring to pick. They speak multiple languages, including fluent English, Mandarin, Cantonese (at least whose were the languages I heard). In addition to flooring, they also have cabinet options. For those wanting custom-made cabinets, they have the huge planks of wood/styling for doing so. Overall, I'd come back here for remodeling or renovation needs.

Of the companies I contacted, he had great pricing and was very transparent and upfront about costs and potential factors that might affect the price such as condition of subfloor, etc. He gave me a range and wound up charging me on the lower end, which was appreciated. I had him put in Garrison engineered wood flooring in two bedrooms to try to match my existing wood floors in common areas along with a baseshoe to cover the gap between the floor and baseboard. Props for sending the right person to fix it, he seems to have more experience than the people who installed it. After talking to some other contractors, this kind of flooring is susceptible to expanding when the weather gets hot and there's no way around it. Luckily, the one who came to fix it got lucky and hammered the bump down with a rubber hammer & it worked. He glued the separation on the first floor and hopefully will hold for a long time. I don't know how it normally works for contractors, but I would prefer some sort of guarantee in writing at the time of the sale to lean back on in case something like this happens so that I have peace of mind. I just went off a friend's referral and didn't even get a 2nd quote so in retrospect that's my bad. Hopefully I didn't just get lucky that they came back to fix it and that they do this for all their customers
